The support was great after I had to tell them I received a used item covered in someone else’s pet hair that wasn’t even bothered to be washed before I was sent out again. Received a 40% refund but the damage has been done that I won’t buy from them again which is sad because they’re the only company that has a cover the right size for my couch. And it took 7 weeks to arrive because for some reason they use ships which is odd.

Ordered a dog bed two weeks ago and has not receieved it. No shipping notification and no responses to multiple emails. Seeing this reviews now (wish I checked before) this seems to be a common experience. Avoid!

Non spedivano più, ho chiesto notizie e per 3 settimane nulla. Poi ho richiesto il rimborso alla banca e 5 minuti dopo mi hanno offerto un 20% di sconto per mantenere l'ordine. Sconsiglio a chiunque di acquistare da loro e non ho idea se arrivi veramente un pacco a domicilio oppure zero.

Well ordered on Nov 7 received it Feb 2. It fits perfect. I asked several times for update didn’t get anything until Dec 17 said it had been shipped but truly it had not. It was in California on the 25 th of Jan and it took 8 days to cross the border to southern Oregon but first it went to eastern Oregon first then back to me. Only on the couch for a few days now we shall see how well it holds up but if it’s made like there shipping I have no hopes then. Will not recommend to anyone ever. Will deter them actually.

Improve your communication. I ordered a dog ramp in August 2025 - it turned up in February 2026, however, I followed up several times in 2025 to get an approximate delivery timeframe but you had no idea. Lots of apologies and then 'we'll let you know when it's shipped'. In November 2025, I just figured you were scamming me and the product would never turn up. I was actually very surprised it turned up. You need to be more proactive in communicating to your customers from the start. If the product is going to take 6 months to deliver, let the customer know. In fact, why don't you let people know when they order. I shouldn't be doing the chasing and then be given some ridiculous response about you not having any estimated shipping timeframe. I will not be inclined to be a return customer nor recommend you to anyone else.
