It took 8 weeks for my corduroy lounge covers to arrive - this didn't bother me because i had read all of the reviews saying how long it takes for delivery, so i expected the wait. The quality of the product is fantastic, i haven't been able to find anything else like this online. I'm now going to put in another order.

Delayed ordered, reimbursement was promised on 20% nobody followed up my emails and no reimbursement was done.

The dog bed that I received is a garbage. My dog lays on it and it’s like laying on the floor. The padding is horrible. You should be ashamed of selling something like this. I would like my money back.

The only reason I rated 3 was due to the time it took to arrive - approx 5 weeks.

If I could give zero stars, I would Ordered an item mid December and had received no notification of the item being shipped after a couple of weeks. I was patient and allowed the time they advised for delivery and item had still not turned up, and still no shipping notification. Contacted customer services MULTIPLE times and had absolutely zero response, all my emails were ignored and received no acknowledgement of my issues or that it was being looked into. Avoid at all costs - company are diabolical, zero customer service, zero communication. Am now disputing the charges with my bank as it is now 3 months since I ordered the item and still no communication has been received and product still not arrived (and not even shipped)
