I ordered and paid for it in September. It is now the end of February. I had to bug you in order to get something done about it. It wasn’t until I told you that I was gonna call the BBB . Six months is a long time to wait for something. Without being told nothing. I wouldn’t suggest anybody to buy from them. The worst service I’ve ever had in my life and I am 62 years old..

It two months for it to be delivered. The dog immediately scratched it and pulled up threads. My dog weighs 5 lbs so it isn’t as tough as I thought it would be.

It Took four months for me to get my order! During that time I got a LOT of runaround and indirect answers to my questions. VERY frustrating and no extra effort to speed up my order like sending it overnight or something once they found it.

dont order from this company they take way too long am i preordering? i preordered a sheet from a company like 2 weeks agos and that camr before this i need my sheet to come or i cant sleep in my bedroom

Ordered early September 2025 and received my order 02/14/2026! No communication at all from the company! Also the fabric doesn’t seem what the description says. It’s not soft at all like chenille would be. Everything very disappointing and would not recommend ordering!
