 I placed my order on November 15, 2025. I received my order on February 10, 2026. You tell me what the problem was???

I got what I ordered

I strongly advise against this company. I bought a dog bed for my car on Black Friday and it’s still not arrived. I received an email on January 24th stating it was shipped but I haven’t seen any updates on the tracking number. After emailing customer support I got some lousy excuses.

the item is satisfactory, the negative is that it took 3 months to arrive. you should have let me know how long your shipping takes.

I was ordering a bed to my dog and i received it for 3 months and ypu send the wrong of the bed its too small to my dog but i ordered an extra large

I ordered this item nearly 6 months ago and it has only just arrived!!! repeated emails went unanswered.

Took over 2 months to receive. After many emails. When my order finally arrived it had a shipping date of FEBRUARY!!! I placed the order on November 29,2025. When I asked about shipping information. I was sent tracking number. That showed no tracking information until the February shipping date. Terrible. I will not be ordering anything else.

Ordered items in October and just received them February 15th!!! Had several texts back and forth with no help whatsoever and would not cancel or refund order! NEVER deal with this company again!!
