I ordered a dog seat for my dog in June…
I ordered a dog seat for my dog in June and it’s now September. Contacted them as the tracking doesn’t work and it’s been “shipped” for months now. Spoke to customer service and got the response that it’s untraceable until it lands (fishy given the amount of time now!). I contacted them again a few weeks ago with zero response. Under the impression this company is a scam. Do not buy!

My order was placed in May 2026 and I…
My order was placed in May 2026 and I received a notification that my order was shipped June 1st. Still waiting for delivery on September 11th. I have attempted to trace with the tracking number and the "number was not found". I have contacted them by email multiple times and the response has always been that the product is with the carrier waiting to be delivered. Three and a half months - did they send it Pony Express???

SCAM "COMPANY"
I wish I could give negative 100 stars. This is a total SCAM COMPANY. Do not purchase anything from this "company." You will never see any products and you will never get your money back from them. I placed an order on June 15 and it is now Sept. 10, no tracking, communication was with a bot, no products ever, no shipping. $300.00 worth of couch and chair covers, never made or sent. I had to file a claim with my credit card to finally receive my money back after they did a full investigation. This took forever. PLEASE don't order from this place, it will just be a nightmare for you and you'll never receive any products.

Order not received, no way to contact customer service
Ordered a pet car seat from FunnyFuzzy on 6th June - it is now September and I have received nothing. No product, no shipping update, no explanation. Worse, every single email I've sent to try to sort this out has bounced back as undeliverable. There is no way to actually contact this company. It's been three months with zero communication and zero product. I've had to go through my bank to dispute the charge since FunnyFuzzy has made it impossible to reach them directly. Save your money and shop somewhere that actually exists when you need help. 1/5 - do not recommend.

These guys are absolute scammers-…
These guys are absolute scammers- ordered my products over 4 months ago. Keep getting told my refund is coming. Still nothing! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM Don’t tell me you can’t find my order! You have been messaging me for 4 months telling me my refund is being processed- just lies! I have emailed you customer support over 25 time. Still nothing!!! And the same old automatic replies still keep coming!!!
