Don’t waste your time - SCAM
Don’t waste your time. Ordered on 22nd June, received a tracking link on 29 July. Link was broken and didn’t work. Multiple emails later, no responses and it’s now 16th September, still with no response, no item, no tracking link and no refund. Definitely a scam!!

Don’t bother
Waited for 3 months, no communication, had to chase numerous times for updates. Ended up with a refund finally but was not refunded the extra delivery that I paid! Do not purchase from this company!

Don’t buy here
This is a scam. I’ve ordered the beginning of August, we are almost at end of September . It’s more than a month and I have not received my item and not even the refund. They also disappeared and not replying. I’ve asked the refund back and I haven’t received anything from them. I lost my money, it was as a big order. I’m pretty sure I’m never going to see the item. Absolutely DON’T buy here.

Ordered couch covers in April. It's now September and still have not received them. At first they were responsive but now they ignore all communications. This company is scamming you.

If I could give zero stars i would
If I could give zero stars i would. Placed order in mid July.... still nothing. Order says still pending and Tracking number doesn't work. I have email the company 4 times and get a reply about thanks for being patient and they are looking into locating .....never got a follow up..when I emailed to say I would be reporting the company as fraudulent and contacting my bank....never got a response. So please save your money and avoid. Do no fall for any generic responses about following up and this is only a delay tactic. Please beware!

If i could put 0 stars i would. Order two pet covera for couches may 22 1026. Took my money. And to this day never received them. Emailed 6 times all automated. So i guess im out of 212.00 with the free gift they supposedly sent with them. No tracking number nothing if you don’t wanna lose your money, don’t order from them terrible because they were really good. My girlfriend got them a year ago and they were very nice but after reading all these complaints I wish I read them before hand stay far away from this company

I wish I didn’t have to select (1) star! This company is a scam and joke. I purchased stairs for my senior dog on June 20th 2025 and as of September 15th, still have not received tracking. In 13 weeks since I ordered - I have reached out to “customer service” SEVEN TIMES and they refuse to help me. I’ve asked for tracking 4x they respond many days later “we’ll look for that” and have still never gotten tracking info. Ive asked for a refund 3x and they’ve responded “we can’t do that because the item has not delivered”. An absolute total joke and scam of a “company”. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!!!!

Avoid at all costs!
Avoid at all costs! I ordered a dog bed on 14th May (around £70 by the way). Almost three weeks passed and it had still not been dispatched, so I tried to cancel the order. They simply just did not respond, but the item was dispatched shortly after. Cut to 15th September and I am STILL trying to get a refund, having returned the item via tracked delivery. The item had not been opened as I had long since found another bed for my dog. Shocking response times to emails, and they can never find anything in terms of records, previous emails etc. so you will be locked into a game of email tennis if you don't recap on every interaction. Id recommend to avoid this company. But if you have already placed an order, attempt to cancel it with them directly, and then just get ready to go straight to your bank / credit card provider because this process has been painful, to put it lightly.
