Took 9monrha to deliver and it’s not what I ordered, dreadful .

The whole process is terrible. It took 3 months to receive my order. I tried to cancel but the only way to contact them is through email. They did not respond for weeks. Customer service stated it was on “sea transport” so I couldn’t cancel. They promised I would get 20% back. But that never happened.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Order took 3 weeks to come. Sizes were completely wrong, despite using measure chart provided on website. My dogs paw doesn’t even fit in the poor cleaner. Worst ever customer service and communication, took 7 working days to respond to my email regarding a return. Since the initial response a week ago, I have asked 5 times the return address and they just keep offering a 20% refund and I can keep the items. Which I don’t want to do as they don’t fit my dog!

I will never order from you again. The order I placed on September 19th arrived two days ago. Unacceptable.

The couch cover is terrific! My dogs now think it is the best place in the house!!! My only concern was the length of time it took for me to receive it, but it was definitely worth the wait.

J'ai commandé sur le site il a presque 15 jours, je n'est toujours pas reçu mon panier pour chien .. et au vue des commentaires j'ai un doute de le voir arriver a t'en.. j'espère me trompé

Product is great. More than acceptable. My only issues are the delivery times and the expense of delivery. However product worth the wait. But delivery almost more than the product 🫤
