Terrible experience. Either no communication or lies. Still trying to get a refund. Do NOT buy from them - this is apparently their business model.

I ordered on the 29th of Jan and it arrived on the 18th of February which was ok considering it came from overseas. Communication was good with Funnyfuzzy. Overall the cube step wasn't worth the $132. Very small. Easy to assemble. Just not the best quality.

I waited 3 1/2 months for the merchandise and it came as recliner when I ordered sofa. Have to return.

0 stars possible? AVOID! Purchased two dog coats that weren’t fit for purpose. I have been trying to arrange a refund for 2 months. Customer service demand photos (which I sent) and then offer a discount which I did not want. I advised I wanted the full refund I was entitled to. The company then ignore all emails. I then reached out on social media only to be asked for photos once again. I provided everything asked only to be ignored again. This company refuse to provide and details to process a return and refund. We will now be taking this up with the bank!

It took every bit of 4 months to receive. I seriously thought I had been ripped off.
