I ordered what was advertised as a thick orthopaedic dog bed, but what arrived was nothing like the product shown on their website. Instead of a supportive orthopaedic bed, I received a thin outer cover with a few loose stuffing pads inside. The filling is extremely poor quality and offers no proper support at all. It looks completely different from the images used in the advert. To make matters worse, the size is incorrect, and although the website suggested the item would be shipped from France, it was actually sent from China. When I contacted customer service, instead of resolving the issue properly they offered only a 40% refund, even though the product is clearly not as described. Very disappointing experience. I have now opened a PayPal dispute and uploaded photographic evidence. Buyers should be cautious before ordering from this company.

I have to say I used this company before and the service was appalling. My dog bed took 3+ months to arrive with little or no communication from the company. A very frustrating experience. However, I have to admit, the quality of the dog bed when it finally arrived has been top notch. Far better than anything else in the UK for the same price point (£40). It washes up like brand new and is pretty tough. My dog has had it for 12 months now as his crate bed which he's in at night, every night. As the same bed was on sale for £30 I thought I would get another one as I was so pleased with it. So I took the plunge and ordered it. This time it came about 10 days later! No complaints this time around.

Ho acquistato una cuccia per auto in data 15/02 con numero di ordine #FF2069EU Il prodotto non è mai stato spedito, ho mandato una mail con un reclamo al loro customer care in data 23/02 dove ho ricevuto una mail automatica dicendo che mi è stato assegnato il numero di ticker #311487 e poi più nessuna risposta e nessun contatto. Il prodotto chiaramente è stato pagato in anticipo con carta di credito. Chiedo per cortesia che mi venga effettuato il rimborso di quanto speso o che mi venga spedito il prodotto ordinato come da normale consuetudine. NON CONSIGLIO ASSOLUTAMENTE!!!

Fake-Shop! Finger weg! Der Shop ist laut Impressum eine Briefkasten-Firma in Paris, dahinter steckt aber anscheinend wohl jemand in China. Ob irgendwann jemals Ware kommt kann ich nicht sagen, habe heute widerrufen. Kontakt ist lediglich eine Mailadresse, mindestens Telefonnummer wäre aber Pflicht für Online-Händler. Doch die Mailadresse ist aktuell zumindest nicht erreichbar. Zum Glück über Paypal bestellt, ich hoffe, ich kriege das Geld zumindest von Paypal erstattet.

Product is good but delivery time was terrible.

Communication is very difficult. Tracking number provided was incorrect. Item took FOREVER to arrive. I thought for sure that these people just took my money. THEN I ended up with an item the wrong size

I seriously wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. Like so many others, my order (two couch covers) was confirmed the day I ordered it and told it was shipped the next day. When I ordered, it said 7-10 business days for me to receive it. I emailed the company three times and finally got a response, telling me that my order was shipped but that they cannot tell me where it is because it is not in my country yet. My local USPS told me that when packages are on the ocean, there is no way to track. It has now been 3 1/2 weeks and still no tracking information. I pray that I am happy with what I receive because there's no way I will make any attempt to return it knowing the return will be way worse than waiting to receive my order.
