Still awaiting a cool mat since May. No good now. Have emailed numerous times and told its on its way Have asked for a refund ridiculous.

Horrific company!! Paid my money. The dog bed never arrived. I’ve emailed the company and sent over 50 WhatsApp messenger messages and they only occasionally reply. When they do they just say “it’s been escalated” . No bed no refund it’s an absolute scam. No doubt the reply to this review will be “please email support@ funnyfuzzy” I ALREADY HAVE!!! FF38256U order number as requested (still no reply to my emails btw!)

PLEASE, PLEASE, please do not waste your money here!!!! I purchased my item in May 2026 and it is now September 24 and I still haven’t received my seat covers. Funnyfuzzy Customer Service (funnyfuzzy) Aug 27, 2026, 17:03 GMT+8 Dear Kimberly, Thanks so much for your patience — we know waiting isn't fun, and we truly appreciate you sticking with us! Your order has officially left our warehouse and is on its way! Right now, it's in the early stage of its journey, so there's no tracking number available just yet (think of it as the "off-the-radar" leg of the trip). But don't worry — it's in the system, moving forward, and we're keeping a close eye on it every step of the way. As soon as the package is processed by the carrier, we'll share the first-leg tracking number and tracking details with you right away, so you can follow its journey home. So while it may be traveling incognito at the moment, rest assured it's on the right track — and we've got your back! Thank you so much for your patience and understanding. We truly appreciate you.

When will I learn to dig deeper into reviews before ordering? They charged my credit card for a sofa cover July 28, and on September 23 I’ve received no tracking information, let alone the cover. All I’ve received is a “we understand” email in response to my inquiry. Next step is to dispute the transaction.
