Product not received
I ordered a car dog bed on 9.3.26. Was informed that it would be shipped within 15 days and I would be informed when it had shipped. Now the 10th April and no response to my e mail enquiry and no sign of the bed. Took the money when ordered and no idea if I will receive it. Shocking service and will never use or recommend this company again.

Commande passée en février 2026 pour un lit canin, nous sommes le 10 avril et je n'ai toujours pas reçu ma marchandise, malgré mes différentes relances les réponses sont toujours aussi vaseuses..... "nous faisons le nécessaire auprès de notre transporteur pour que votre livraison soit effective rapidement"....... ou bien, "nous vous répondrons aux heures de travail".... alors même que j'envoyais mon message pendant des heures de journée travaillée..... Bref, je n'ai toujours pas ma commande et je suis très enervée par le manque de professiannalisme de cette entrepris

Order number #FF2858EU Ordered a dog bed on March 23, company confirmed order on March 25, as of April 10 I have still not received the product or shipping information. Don't buy from this company it's a scam Now a month later no product and no refund yet SCAM company don't buy from them!

3 mois de retard pour la livraison mais super produit !
Commande passée le 4 février et colis et reçu ce jour le 19 mai. J’ai eu beaucoup de difficulté à joindre le service client après plusieurs relances. Ce qui me rassure malgré le retard est que mon colis est enfin arrivé. Le produit est super c’est dommage que ce soit si long mais aucun regret :)

AVOID THIS AWFUL COMPANY
AVOID THIS AWFUL COMPANY. Terrible experience. I ordered a car dog bed for £62 on 25 January this year. It didn’t arrive. No correspondence from the company, I sent numerous emails and received no answer. Eventually they replied and said they were delayed in sending it. I cancelled the order as I was going abroad and needed the bed for the trip. They tried to persuade me to wait for the item rather than issue a refund. On 27 February they emailed to say I would receive a refund within 10 days. 6 weeks have passed and I still have not received it nor any response to the 6 messages I have sent to them. There is no complaints policy on their website. I am now in contact with the Ombudsman who are helping me obtain a refund.
