Ordered in September 2025 and never received my items by December I asked to cancel and get a refund which they agreed acknowledged my refund but then never sent it. I have had no refund and no items ever delivered even though I have paid! I have now changed my review, as since this I have now received a refund although it took a while I’m really happy with the communication and the issue being resolved. Thank you
