Scam! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!
I bought my dog a bed and toy last month. I got an email on April 20th saying that the products were dispatched. The status has been « We are preparing your order for dispatch » since then. I’ve emailed 4 times to find out when my order would be dispatched and have heard nothing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. I have no idea if or when I’ll get my order and my money is gone. I wish I’d read the reviews before placing the order.

Finger weg!
wir hatten am 1.2.2026 bei FunnyFuzzy ein Hundebett bestellt und gleich bezahlt. Klarna war zwar eingebunden, funktionierte aber nicht. Also Sofortüberweisung. Als nach 1 Woche noch nichts da war, wunderten wir uns und hakten mal nach. Nur automatische Antworten. App installiert, alles angemeldet, da hieß es "in Bearbeitung" Weiter geforscht, nachdem nach längerer Zeit immer noch nichts da war, verschiedene E-Mail Adressen probiert. Da kam dann mal, nach dem wir mit einer Anzeige bei der Polizei gedroht hatten, eine Antwort auf französisch. Dank Google leicht zu übersetzen. Wir wurden vertröstet. Lieferschwierigkeiten. Wieder lange Zeit nichts. Nächster Versuch die Bestellung zu stornieren. Keine Reaktion. Anzeige bei der Polizei. Das dauerte natürlich auch seine Zeit, aber das Ergebnis ist da. Nach über 3 Monaten bekamen wir das Hundebett geliefert. Es musste erst mal sehr umständlich zusammengebaut werden. Das Füllmaterial ist bei weitem nicht das, als was es angepriesen wird. Fazit: Finger weg von FunnyFuzzy!!!

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. Order processing takes a very long time. Realizing I would receive my order later than expected, I contacted their customer service and asked to cancel the order, as it had not yet been shipped and I had the right to do so. I received an email offering to wait a little longer and in exchange, they would refund me 10% of the amount paid. I refused and politely asked them to cancel the order. From that point on, they stopped responding to messages. A few more days passed, and I emailed them again asking to cancel my order, but I still haven't received a response. I contacted my bank and asked them to initiate a dispute. After providing all the evidence to the bank, they quickly confirmed my request, and a couple of days later, I received my money back, although I still haven't received a single email or confirmation from the company. I highly do not recommend this company. Your team didn’t send me anything, don’t need to lie. But yes, I’m happy that my bank is more reliable and professional than your company.

What a horrible company
What a horrible company. It’s been 1 month now since i ordered and they still didn’t send out my package. I keep on writing emails with a bot that tells me it will be sent out soon, which clearly is a lie. Be warned, don’t order here!!!

No idea when my order is coming- dog…
No idea when my order is coming- dog car seat, and now been told there is an additional delay but no confirmation of when this will be. I’ve done a credit card chargeback as they have failed to deliver or give any idea of when this will be. I wish I had reviews before ordering to save a load of hassle. I’ve since seen the same items on Temu for a third of the price. Since posting this they have been in touch saying they want to trace my order to help..,, pity they didn’t bother to provide updates that I have requested via their customer support team! It’s just not good enough. If you order goods you expect to receive them close to the delivery date noted you don’t expect one reply saying there’s a further delay and no date of when the goods will arrive. I won’t be placing any further orders.

Fatto acquisto di una birsa trasportino per il mio cane, naturalmente pagato in anticipo e non mi è arrivato niente. Continuo a inviare mail di chiarimenti ma ti prendono solo in giro. Una vergogna.
