I should have read the review comments on trustpilot before placing the order. FunnyFuzzy does an excellent job of advertising and an equally bad job when in comes to delivering. 1. No where during the order process does it mention the expected delivery date and you learn about the expected "shipping" timeline only after the order has been placed. The customers are expected to go through the FAQs etc. to understand that a standard shipping takes up to 15 working days just to ship your order. My mistake I did not read the FAQs but the fact that this is hidden during the ordering process makes you feel that it is intentional so people do not change their mind - FunnyFuzzy is definitely not transparent about their process 2. The status does not change till the order ships and it has been over 15 working days for me and I am still waiting for my order to be shipped. FunnyFuzzy does not even let the customers know what they are doing with the order for 3 "work-weeks" - "Is my order being hand stitched? Is it being packed? Has their pet destroyed my order?". All you can do is wait. Imagine ordering a scratch-resistant cover because your dog likes to paw at times and then waiting over a month for it to be delivered. Might as well order a new couch that the cover can protect if it ever gets delivered (read shipped)! I have realized my mistake and emailed support to cancel my order and issue a refund. As soon as I am done typing this, I will go order a new couch. Avoid at all cost.
