Interesting portfolio and deep understanding of markets. The website is fully developed and instructive. I have been following for a year and happy with the journey so far

The platform is pretty easy to use, but sometimes something new rolls out and I can't find it, or when they did something where they converted some of my funds to shares I didn't really get what was happening, and still can't figure out where that money went. I don't think it was mishandled or anything, I just got a dense email about some fintec-bro hype then some dense financial legalese and a log in to some site that I can't make work, and I'd really rather move the shares to Schwab.

Invested for several years and now trying to get my money out of this investment. They really make it difficult, spreading it out over many quarters. Meanwhile, returns are terrible.

Bad returns relative to most any other investment. And good luck if you want to pull your money out. Very illiquid and they make you wait over a period of multiple YEARS!! Don’t invest.

They don’t let you withdraw your money. Terrible returns. Terrible customer service.

This is a heartless, greedy company. As a small investor, I request liquidation to pay medical bills. They put me off with their internal merger in Nov 25. Now it is over and giving me my money in pieces. My credit rating gone due to borrowing money to pay medical bills. Do they care ? NO! I do not have much money with them. They would not even notice it gone. I am not rich. They are heartless. Top it off they have not paid a dividend in a year.

Decent returns for awhile, but after 8 years and no sign of an IPO I decided to pull my money. They only let me redeem about 30% of my investment this quarter and zero of my IPO investment. I got suspicious/irritated when they went public with their innovation fund, instead of trying to take the whole company public. They said the plan was public in 5 years, now they say no plan, and CEO was even quoted as "why do that, there is no benefit" to the company. No benefit to the investors either, I guess.

Their redemption policy and process is criminal. I've been trying for years to get my money out with no luck. Stay Away !
