Out of habit, I always shop for the best percentage rate on a personal finance level, but on a business level it made more sense and fortunately, the interest is 100% writeoff. Fundmerica is a scam. They are unprofessional and waste a lot of your time. They do not hold up to their 90 day refinance agreements so don't allow it to lure you into their predatory lending.

Jerry Gainey was extremely helpful and very pleasant to work with. Understood my needs and was able to make sure I got what I needed.

Melissa was the first one in helping us. No good experience. She is rude doesn't like to be asked questions. Says that she is loosing money when you ask something. Was the worst rep ever. Then we were contacted by Jerry. Total different experience. We ended up doing everything with him. He was helpful and answered all my questions.
