Melissa was the first one in helping us. No good experience. She is rude doesn't like to be asked questions. Says that she is loosing money when you ask something. Was the worst rep ever. Then we were contacted by Jerry. Total different experience. We ended up doing everything with him. He was helpful and answered all my questions.

Our records show that your initial conversation was with Melanie. After reviewing that call, we did not hear any statements like the ones described in your review, and we actually found Melanie to be very pleasant during the interaction.
