I've been using the Beginner's Course on and off over the past couple of weeks, and it is truly amazing! I love the different classes they have, and especially love the commercial-licensed sound effects they have. 100+ to be exact! This by far the better route to go in for those who can't afford the full course! 10/10!

A total waste of my time it was a hyper ad for the full course - I asked for a refund and got my money back (5 stars for their customer service). This 'advertisement' should be free - even then I wouldn't be able to watch it, due to the constant referral to the full course. I was actually considering the full course - now, I am not. Annoyed Aussie xx

Hey Man, super sorry to hear about the experience. While I understand the frustration about not wanting to learn PAST the starter course, it was designed to be an incredible starting point (thus the name "starter" course) for filmmakers. And for $27 we probably included even more than we should have. We're fully transparent about the fact that we offer a much higher level program that has about 60X more value and content. Not everyone's cup of tea and that's totally fine. We'll never hang on to your money if you're disappointed in the purchase. Wish you the best on your filmmaking adventures!

A well thought out course that cuts out a lot of fluff and gets straight to the point without going too fast. Useful information to get anyone started or continue their education in film making. Well worth the price!

I love it. It makes me want to get out and tape so I can use it to make content. The pack makes me want to get out and tape more content.

Completed starter course, good overall teaser into filming and editing. Great videos with clear messages. From 1-10 would give overall good 7! Looking forward to see more courses.

Parker Walbeck is an amazing film maker, business man, and leader in his own right. Learning from him is easy and you just know that your getting good quality info, not to mention a wealth of actual hands on technical experience, that he explains in a way that makes it easy to understand and absorb. I will say, this course is more of just a clever way to promote and sell his premium product. The content in the starter course in my opinion is basically the same content that I've seen from him on YouTube already. That being said, its all valuable information that is definitely worth the price!

Hey man, appreciate the honest feedback here. And yes, you're right ONE goal of the starter course is to show you the potential in the full premium package. That being said, the starter course alone has over $478 worth of course material and downloads that are meant to get you on the right path. If you'd like to learn beyond that, just providing a possible solution is all :)

Some of the info in the course was a bit basic because I'm a photographer so I'm reasonably comfortable with my gear, but when it comes to Storytelling, camera angles and making all the different thing work together in video, it was amazing content. I'm definitely considering getting the full course!
