It seems that the was charge for a membership, which could occur only if you ticked the box to add free trial access to all courses while purchasing a course. Trial subscription is optional and not set by default. Our trial offer is pretty transparent and obvious, so that our users may avoid unexpected payments. While purchasing, our clients need to read 3 pages about our product and subscription, and after that give a consent (or opt out of it) for a trial subscription. Within a week, you can disable this trial in the settings or contact our support managers. Unfortunately, we couldn't find any letters or messages from you in our records.
