FulfillriteReviews of fulfillrite.com

Thank you so much for delivery my package successful from California to Siberia!

Fulfillrite has been an amazing fulfillment partner, allowing us to focus on growing our business. Our account rep Josh provides excellent customer service whenever we have questions or special projects. Easy software setup, transparent pricing, orders come and packages get shipped out. Since we switched to Fulfillrite we get a lot of compliments from customers on how fast they receive their orders. Would highly recommend to any other merchants!

We did a lot of research before selecting Fulfillrite as our Fulfilment Centre and we could not be happier. Josh who is handling our Account is extremely professional, helpful and understanding. He has repeatedly helped us to resolve serious issues with our operations and he has always been there to answer our questions with patience and always in a timely manner. We are very happy to recommend Fulfillrite and Josh to any merchants looking for a trustworthy and reliable Fulfilment Centre for their e-commerce operations.

After an annoying last minute heads up that my fulfillment company had to back out for my Kickstarter campaign, I reconnected with Fulfillrite and my account manager Sol worked with me and answered all my questions - it was fantastic! The account portal is very easy to use and I was able to do everything I needed to get my Kickstarter campaign funded. Thanks Fulfillrite!

I have been working with Fulfillrite since 2014. They employ a team of really dedicated staff who are smart and super efficient. Their shipping app works flawlessly. It's connected to my Shopify store, and orders import without effort on our part. Our customers get exact shipping rates as Shopify pulls in shipping options directly from Fulfillrite. Once an order appears, the team is on it. Often orders are shipped before we can even blink. When they know there's going to be a lot of work (like when we know we're shipping out crowd funding rewards), they staff up to make sure they can get my orders out same day. They work with me and are always super helpful anytime I have weird issues, and trust me, I have a lot of weird issues. I can't say enough good stuff about them.

Josh was always there to help me with any issue, he's very quick to respond and to resolve any kind of problem. Fulfillrite have a best in class software to manage orders and inventory, they have integrations with major Marketplaces. I'm so happy with my fulfillment company :)

Fulfillrite was absolutely wonderful! They helped us fulfill our Kickstarter orders with absolute precision. Every package went out the day that the product arrived at their facility. I can't speak more highly of the customer service. Sol took care of every question and concern I sent his way both quickly and in a friendly manner. I would highly recommend them!

Fulfillrite handled our large Kickstarter and Indiegogo campaign shipments with efficiency and quality. Sol and his team were excellent to work with and communicated quickly and thoroughly. We liked them so much that we continued to use them for our own Ecommerce fulfillment after our crowd funding campaigns ended. They are easy to work with and great at what they do. I especially liked their carrier algorithm that made sure we were shipping for the lowest price among our list of approved carriers. Highly recommend
