They designed a logo for my small business that embodied all the feelings and concepts I wanted to convey. I had minimal input to give them to start with but they helped realize all my thoughts into a beautiful design. They were attentive, fast, and very polite. after 5 failed attempts to get exactly what we wanted I just picked one close to what we wanted and called it. plain an simple we liked our original logo but wanted it to be cleaned up and better quality to make large banners with. they didn't listen to the request in any way and made us new ones that looked nothing like what we wanted.

Every client is important to us, and I sincerely regret that you have felt such a negative impression. In every project, the most important element, besides design, is communication. I pulled up this project and I noted that on the order form, that you opted to waive filling the brief, choosing only giving your name and contact details. There was an attachment, and I noted that out of the 6 initial designs, 2 of them incorporated your attachment request perfectly. Your feedback included a new image and told us that you liked all but 2 of the 6 we created. We then created 7 through 10 based upon this. At that point, you gave us a NEW picture to compare with and asked for a redesign. Which, we completed for you At this point you indicated that you liked number 8, and ultimately the last revisions came down to a few nuance details, such as thickness of the font lines. "A hair thinner" is what you asked for, and we did our best to change that, to where that "hair thinner" matched what you asked for, and you said you were happy and closed the project. We have numerous provision for our clients to express concerns, free "log jammed" ideas, and let us know if there's something wrong, including a toll free number to talk to us. In all the correspondence, the only indication that we got from you was that of normal back and forth revisions, and your requests were very professional and cordial in tone. We worked carefully on each change until you indicated that you were happy, but it seems that you may have misunderstood the nature and function of what the revision process was, and while I am certainly not going to get on you for your feelings about the project, I just wish that you had reached out to us, to let us know how you were feeling. There's nothing that was shared with us, until now to indicate anything was at issue. If we can ever help again, we will do our best to make for a better experience for you. Best, FuelMyBrand
