I've done two logo updates/cleanups. Both were done in a very timely manner. We did have a rush job (maybe unreasonably rush) on some business cards that we had to cancel. They over-promised and were not able to deliver on that over-promise. Would be better to under-promise.

I would of wanted more direct contact. Its usually all done through emails. I rather speak to someone in person that is the only reason I am rating 4 starz, besides that good work!

I'll be honest; I was a little skeptical at first. Designing a logo seems to be a daunting task with a live person so I did not have very high expectations for the virtual experience but after reading the reviews I thought I'd give it a go. FuelMyBrand was excellent. I looked at many options for a logo design and chose them based on price. I was not looking for cheapest, but one that outlined what I would get for the cost I was paying. They seemed to be the most reasonable for our budget. I was nervous about the process and not having someone to talk to on the phone or in person, but they did a great job and the turn around was awesome!
