I'm not satisfied with your website, since there are not a lot of people from my area. And even those that they are, don't seem like real accounts to me. Can you, please, cancel my Premium subscription. I've already sent an email to you. Please do this asap. ID: user8521569

Please be aware cancellations are made via emailing our support, not via other review sites. We will respond to your concerns and cancellation request via [email protected].

when you first join for free (as they advertise) you are bombarded by fake profiles and messages (bot produced) I contacted customer service and called them out on the bots so they deleted my account ...DO NOT give them your info... totally dishonest site, waste of time... and as you can see from their reply, they lie about it...

Hi Barry, We are sorry you did not have a good experience on our website. Please be assured we do not create fake 'bot' profiles, all profiles are user created. We do have an automated introduction messaging, perhaps this is what you are getting confused with? We apologize for any misunderstanding, we do delete profiles unless requested to do so, but perhaps we misunderstood your request. Please email [email protected] to discuss further.

I have the firm belief that there are little or no real people on this site in Calgary Alberta. I bought a one day membership. During the course of that day sent out multiple emails only to those who initially approached me. I did not get a single response from any of them and I even put in contact information off the site. It is suspicious at the very least that one week after I have not had a single point of contact. Also interestingly enough all incoming messages stopped as well. Looks like a scam, walks like a scam talks like a scam After I published the first review I got a request to give contact information to the site. I got a standard automatic response where they then tried to blame me for not having the right search parameters. This site is a total joke as 88% of reviewer say it’s bad. Their automatic response to the request to contact me was insulting to put it politely. It’s too bad that you can’t give zero stars when you’re rating sites. This site should be banned from the internet

Estafa , te envían mensajes falsos para que compres una membresía , en cuanto la compras dejan de llegar mensajes y los que te enviaron son bots , está estafa es muy común , yo no pagué nada , en cuanto ví este mecanismo supe que eran unos ladrones

We are sorry you feel this way, please let us assure you we do not create 'bot' profiles on our platform. Automated messages can be sent if you, as a member are opted into the Icebreaker feature, however this is optional.
