I was charge for an upgrade I go through the billing Trustmouse to get it removed. I can't follow the steps, it either goes to another site or cuts me off. I want to re cancel and get my refund since I never upgraded. They are losing money so imo it seems they are just charging people hoping no one will notice

I paid for 3 month for £77 plus another £10 they took for some reason by day 3 i have closed my account. This site is utter waste of time and id say 98% is fake profiles 9f women, most are there get u onto whatapp or telegram or your email, so they send u a link to sign up for a SD dating badge, which intended to be use for your id theft. Lucky i reasearched this on google. Im finding 90% all dating sites a scam nothing offers what it claims. This site take utter biscuit to another level. Save your money

Was a paid member, then a couple of months ago my account vanished, site looked completely different, presumably changed hands, then this month I got charged for 3 months membership even though I no longer have an account, what a scam

Typical scam site sends you messages to get you to buy in and then 95% of profiles are fake, download the images and do a reverse search on the ones showing faces they won't match names or anything else. Now go ahead and deny it but all the 1 star reviews are stacking up.
