To our knowledge, all of our user profiles have been created by real people. We do not create bots, fake profiles, or inauthentic users. When you requested a refund we cancel your subscription to prevent any further billing on your account. Your Premium Membership continues until the end of the paid period as per our Terms and Conditions. If you do not wish to cancel your subscription please email our support and we will reverse this action.

If you have accidentally created a profile, you can delete it via the 'Account' option in the main menu. We do kindly ask that you reconsider the one star review of Fuckbook if you have not used the website. You can find support for Fuckbook via email to - [email protected]

Dear MS, To be correct I must correct you and say as per our Terms, "Deletion of the user profile leads to deletion of all personal data. We do not 'acquire emails illegally' by any means. If a profile was created using your email address, you are able to delete it yourself and all data will be removed, or request from support to have the profile removed. You will NOT receive any further emails from our website ([email protected]) unless you email our support directly at [email protected] and request reply.
