i am so disoppinted with ftuk , they will find any excuse in order to not pay you, i had 3 instant funding accounts in diferent amounts and i do my own anlysis and put trade on all my accounts ,when i passed my accounts they accused me of doing copy trading . they will just not pay you what so ever be aware and stay far away from this company
After talking to them few times, I realised how big the lier they are , they sold me 5 instant funded accounts with different challenges and they expect me to trade on only one account , they say we(ftuk) allowed to people have only 3 accounts, when I can prove to have more then 3 active accounts , be careful with this company, they will invent anything to not pay your money

Dear Abdul,
We’re sorry to hear about your disappointment, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. However, your review does not accurately represent the situation.
After reviewing your accounts in detail, our compliance team confirmed that multiple accounts were being traded with copy trading positions — the same pairs, directions, and timings. This activity is considered copy trading, which is clearly prohibited under our Terms and Conditions and publicly outlined.
To clarify, FTUK allows traders to hold up to three active accounts, but each must be traded independently to ensure responsible risk management and fair use of company capital. Trading the same instrument in the same direction across multiple accounts at once is a violation of these rules.
We want to make it clear that FTUK always pays traders who comply with our rules, thousands of successful withdrawals are processed every month. In your case, the issue was solely related to a verified rule breach, not an unwillingness to pay.
We value transparency and fairness with every trader, and we welcome the opportunity to clear up any misunderstandings.
Kind regards,
FTUK

Very suspicious trading activity
Very suspicious trading activity. Lost alot of trades to "slippage" not actually hitting stop loss. Also had the account profitable on 2 occasions after drawdown. Sudden losing streak both times once into profit on the account. Pretty sure it's a ponzi scheme.

Dear Mr Charlie,
We're very sorry you decided to leave a one star review. We've not be able to locate your account on our system so have requested more details from you here on the Trustpilot platform.
If you could get intouch we would very much like to understand more about your experience so we can look at the trades you believe suffered a lot of 'slippage'.
There is no question 'slippage' is an inherant quality of executing at market and by the fact you agree to trade 'at market' means you're will to accept the next available price - what ever that happens to be.
At FTUK our liquidity providers are amoungst the best in the business and we monitor for the quality of our execution all the time.
We'd like the opportunity to look into this in more detail for you and provide clarity if needed.
Thanks

❌ Red flags #FTUK is a Scam Prop Firm Selling Demo Accounts
I want to warn other traders about my experience with FTUK, which has turned out to be a complete scam. They are not a real UK-based company as they claim — there is no transparency, no registered office, and they don’t even have their own trading servers like genuine prop firms do.
FTUK mainly sells cheap demo accounts with heavy discounts and uses social media marketing and paid promoters to appear legitimate. But in reality, it’s just a well-managed trap for traders.
I traded day and night for 60 days, successfully qualified for a $1,850 payout, and even received a confirmation email from them. However, I never received a single cent. Instead, they came up with excuses and stopped responding.
It’s clear now that FTUK only makes money from selling demo challenges — they never intend to pay real traders.
If you value your time and money, stay far away from FTUK. It’s nothing more than a fake, non-paying prop firm built on false marketing and deceit.

Dear FTUK Support Team,
I am writing to raise my concerns regarding the discrepancies I have experienced with my accounts.
As per the attached chat transcript and screenshot from your website, the daily drawdown mentioned is 5%, not 2% as recently communicated to me. I would appreciate clarification on why the lower figure is now being applied.
Before purchasing my second account, I also confirmed with your team regarding copy trading. I was informed that while strategies can be similar, placing the exact same entries and exits at the same time is not allowed. I have strictly followed this guidance. For your reference, I have attached the same chat details.
In addition, I successfully passed your consistency score, which seems designed in a way that makes it nearly impossible to qualify for payouts. I purchased an Instant Funding account, but the treatment of this account appears similar to an evaluation model (Step 1 and Step 2), which was never my understanding.
So far, I have invested approximately $1,500 across two accounts, and after generating $1,850 in profit, the payout reflected is only $925. Despite following the rules and trading responsibly for over 60 days, I am now being denied my rightful payout. This raises serious concerns about FTUK’s credibility as a genuine prop firm.
I kindly request that you release my payout as initially committed. I am willing to continue trading on any one of my accounts (98824835 or 98825475), and I assure you that I will work towards becoming one of the top traders at FTUK. However, I urge you not to impose further unnecessary evaluations, as this was not the agreement when I purchased the Instant Funding account.
Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to your prompt resolution.
Sincerely,
Jai Kumar Sharma
Reply,
Dear FTUK Support Team,
I am very disappointed with my recent payout experience.
What is the meaning of daily drawdown 5% mentioned on your website, why not 2%. It’s just a trap to purchase more accounts.
How can I trust your organization in the future if you are unable to process payouts on time? Many traders, including myself, have discovered that your so-called “Instant Account” appears to operate as a demo account under the name of a real funded account. This concern is widely shared — I have gathered negative feedback about FTUK from multiple sources, including ChatGPT research, Trustpilot reviews, and trader forums. Many traders believe FTUK is simply consuming time and money while selling demo accounts without honoring real payouts.
I kindly request that you process my first reward of $925, which is 50% of my total reward of $1850. If this is resolved fairly and promptly, I will be able to restore some trust in your company. I am even prepared to consider donating $925 back to support your operations — but this gesture depends entirely on FTUK proving its legitimacy by paying out my rightful profit first.
Please take this request seriously and resolve it without delay. Failure to honor this payout will only add to the negative reputation FTUK is gathering across the trading community.
I look forward to your immediate response.
Sincerely,
Jai Kumar Sharma
Response from FTUKOct 5, 2025
Dear Jai,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We have reviewed your accounts thoroughly and would like to clarify a few important points.
Your accounts were assessed in detail, and our findings show that they were in violation of our risk management rule, specifically the guideline stating that traders are not permitted to risk more than 2% of their account’s starting balance at any one time. This is separate from the daily drawdown limit and applies to all Instant Funding accounts. In your case, several trades exceeded this 2% risk limit, which constitutes a breach of our trading rules and not the 5% daily drawdown limit which you are mentioning in your review.
Additionally, upon review, we identified several instances of copy trading between your accounts, which is not permitted under our policy. Traders must diversify their risk across multiple accounts rather than placing the same trades in the same direction at the same time. You can find this rule explained on our website and in our communication to you and they are the same rules which you agreed to when you purchased this funding program.
We understand your perspective and value the effort you’ve put into your trading. However, as a prop firm, we are required to apply our rules consistently and responsibly across all traders.
That said, we have provided a new retake account for the $100,000 Instant Funding program which you have agreed to and started trading on.
Kind regards,
FTUK

Scammers
Biggest scammer alert they are on total intense of failing your account and if you able to pass and withdraw the money the will giving annoying reason even they don't give real accounts to trade they have virtual demo account they have there own fake servers stay away
FTUK are the biggest SCAMMERS I have come across in the trading prop firm world. Please read my 1st review about them for detailed explanation. They swindled me out of my profits by saying that I breached a rule and I sent them screenshots to confirm that I have not. They then stopped replying to my messages even after receiving proof. When I opened a discord ticket to speak to them, the rep was very rude to me and then ended the chat without explanation. Just to clarify, at no point was I even slightly rude to this person and have screenshots of all the chats. They decided to also block me out of my dashboard so I could no longer take any more screenshots for proof but I have enough to show if anyone enquires. Their rating has gone down from 4.1 to 3.9 stars in 2 months and it will continue to go down because of how many people they cheat on a daily basis. PLEASE DO NOT TRADE WITH FTUK. Their 5 star reviews are fake (look carefully - all 1 line boasts). I will continue to spread awareness about them so no one else loses their money to these SCAM ARTISTS. You are LIARS.

Dear Sameer,
We understand your frustration and regret that you feel this way. However, after a thorough review of your two active trading accounts, we must reiterate that multiple instances of copy trading were identified.
Our rules and policies are publicly available and clearly communicated to all traders, including the prohibition on placing the same trades across multiple accounts. These rules are in place to ensure fairness, consistency, and integrity for all participants in our programs. While we value our traders, we cannot make exceptions to these rules.
We appreciate the time you spent trading with us and you are always welcome to reach out to us at [email protected] if you require any further assistance.
Kind regards,

• “FTUK? More Like FT-Not-UK” 🇬🇧❌
FTUK markets itself as a UK-based prop firm, but that name is deeply misleading. Despite calling themselves “FTUK,” they are not regulated in the UK, not authorised by the FCA, and have no legal right to target UK customers. Using “UK” in their brand name gives the impression of legitimacy that simply isn’t there.
When I raised a complaint with them, they ignored it completely. No response, no accountability, no resolution. For a company charging large fees for “challenges” and promising funded accounts, refusing to engage with complaints is a major red flag.
Their own terms make clear they aren’t subject to any proper financial regulation. That means no consumer protection, no ombudsman, and no safety net if something goes wrong. At the same time, they accept customers worldwide, even in regions where they aren’t authorised, which shows a complete disregard for rules and trader protection.
The reality is that FTUK is an offshore operation using a UK-branded name to win trust. But there’s no UK oversight, no guarantees, and no accountability when issues arise. Don’t be fooled by the branding — this is not a UK-regulated firm.
Response from FTUKSep 19, 2025
Dear Callum,
Thank you for sharing your concerns. We would like to clarify a few points for accuracy.
FTUK is not a broker or financial services provider, and we do not market ourselves as such. We are a proprietary trading firm offering simulated trading programs designed to assess traders’ skills, with the opportunity to qualify for funded accounts. As such, we do not require FCA regulation, since we do not provide brokerage services, investment advice, or handle client funds for trading in financial markets.
You have been with us since September 2023 and have purchased 15 accounts during this time. We value the trust you have placed in us, and we are committed to directly resolving any issues you may have experienced.
We understand how important transparency is in this industry, which is why we strive to make our business model as open and straightforward as possible. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any further concerns.
Kind regards,
FTUK

SCAM
I was doing so well on FTUK that they even interviewed me about my progress… and then out of nowhere, they took my account away. They claimed I violated rules, but I didn’t break a single one! To make things worse, they confused me with my sister for some reason – completely their mistake – and used that as an excuse to shut me down.
They didn’t just take my account, they took my entire payout too. After all the time and effort I put in, this is how they treat people? It’s honestly such a scam. Be careful before you put any time or money into them, because they clearly don’t care about fairness or their users.
Response from FTUKSep 26, 2025
Dear Shivani,
We’re sorry to hear about your frustration, but we’d like to provide some important clarification.
Following a comprehensive review of your trading activity, we identified clear violations of our terms and conditions, specifically related to prohibited trading practices. Our investigation showed that multiple accounts connected to you were created and operated from the same IP address and billing information. In addition, we found direct instances of copy trading and hedging between these profiles, which is strictly prohibited under our program rules.
As part of our process, we even provided you with the opportunity to explain which accounts you had been operating on. However, the evidence remained clear and consistent with violations of our rules. Our records indicate that you previously violated our copy trading rules, which you were made aware of, and we then found trading activity between multiple FTUK profiles and different emails.
As a result, all associated accounts were permanently closed. While we appreciate the effort you put into trading, adherence to fair and ethical practices is essential for the integrity of our platform and the wider trading community.
We understand this is disappointing, but we want to be clear that our decision was based on thorough evidence and a strict commitment to maintaining a fair environment for all traders.
Kind regards,
FTUK

Serious Warning – Real Experience Exposing Lack of Transparency and Honesty
My experience with FTUK was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. My account was closed for what they called a Soft Breach, despite their own “2% Account Protector” policy clearly stating that such a breach does not warrant account closure or profit forfeiture. Yet, they withheld my legitimately earned profits.
Even worse, they offered to pay only if I deleted my negative review — a clear case of blackmail, which I have fully documented. I possess all relevant evidence, including emails, screenshots of the policy before and after it was altered right after my case, proving a lack of transparency and manipulation of rules to serve their own interests.
This company does not deserve the trust of traders. I strongly warn anyone considering them to think twice and avoid falling victim to the same unfair treatment and extortion I experienced.
=========================
Update – September 24, 2025:
As of today, I have still not received any of my rightful profits from FTUK despite all the evidence and correspondence I provided. This only reinforces my view that the company lacks transparency and credibility. I strongly warn traders to be very cautious before dealing with them.
