Total waste of time and money. I made 2000 USD and when to withdraw - surprise - no money given and they wanted me to reset my account and come with all sort of BS reasons.
They are real scammers - beware.
Doesn't worth the time or money.

scam
Firstly, this company is unreliable and untrustworthy; it's a scam. The system locks trades. In my experience, my account didn't reach the daily limit or the total limit, but the system violated the account. Everyone should withdraw their funds. Don't join this company; don't waste your time and money.

This prop firm — and the prop firm that it acquired — are both scammers.
After two months of hard work, I successfully passed the challenge and reached the funded stage, but they refused to provide my funded account.
At first, they admitted that I was eligible and told me they should give me the account. But after a few days, without any valid explanation, they suddenly changed their position and told me to go get the account from the previous prop firm instead — even though they had already sold the company to FTUK.
For more than two weeks, these two firms have been passing me back and forth between each other. I still have not received my funded account, and they have not refunded my challenge fee either.
Stay away from these scammers.

Hello H.H.,
We believe you may be addressing the wrong company. You were not acquired by us directly, and we do not have access to your personal account information or evaluation records.
As such, the best course of action is to contact TradingFunds directly regarding your challenge, funded account eligibility, or any refund-related matters, as they would be the party handling your case and account history.
Regards,
FTUK Support

Server Issues / Bad business model
Initial Review: May 2026
Since the acquisition by FTUK, I’ve noticed a significant decline in both server stability and the quality of customer support compared to my previous experience with TradingFunds.
Previously, I left a positive review praising the excellent support provided by TradingFunds. However, the recent experience has been disappointing, with ongoing server issues. I was told to do this to fix the issue:
After the recent server updates on the MetaTrader 5 (MT5) platform, some clients in certain regions are facing issues reconnecting to the platform. To resolve this issue, please uninstall the app from your device and download it again using the appropriate link for your device (Android, Windows, or iOS). After reinstalling the app, you should be able to reconnect without any issues.
Also, please do not copy and paste the server name. Instead, type “FtukMarkets” manually in the server search section, select the correct server, and then enter your login details to log in successfully.
If I proceed with this, it will require me to re-login to all of my accounts across other prop firms as well, which is an extremely time-consuming and tedious process. In addition, all of my indicators on MT5 will be removed and will need to be set up again.
I do not understand why FTUK has made what should be a simple process so unnecessarily difficult. This situation is extremely frustrating, as I am being forced to reconfigure all of my accounts and indicators solely because of the server issues on FTUK’s side.
I never experienced these kinds of problems with TradingFunds or FTMO.
Updated Review: September 2026
TradingFunds was such a good company in terms of customer service and also great challenge and verification targets to reach. But they have been bought out by FTUK and ever since then, the service by FTUK has been awful and completely ruined another prop firm who had loyal customers meaning that, they said the acquisition would impact
(long-term growth, stronger infrastructure, and a significantly more scalable trading environment)
However, this is far from the truth. Since the acquisition, they have completely changed their business model by permanently removing 1/2 step challenges to Instant funded or Flex (pay after you pass) which I don’t know how it increases long-term growth, makes stronger infrastructure or makes a significantly more scalable trading environment when they completely removed 1/2 step challenges and to replace them with trailing drawdown which actually decreases the chances of long-term growth, and scalable trading environment.
I believe this acquisition was to make another competitive trading firm obsolete. What was the actual point of acquiring TradingFunds if they haven’t improved on the service and turned a really good company obsolete by it getting rid of 1/2 step challenges.
I used to really like FTUK (2021 - 2025) because of their business model, having not so expensive 1/2 accounts, also having good targets for 1/2 step challenges.
But now it just seems like a money grab prop firm because no one asked for Instant Funded or Flex accounts with trailing drawdowns.

Hello Raahim,
Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration, and after reviewing your feedback we believe some additional context may help.
The main difference since the acquisition is that FTUK now operates on its own dedicated infrastructure and server environment, whereas TradingFunds previously relied on a third-party broker setup. This transition was made intentionally so we can deliver better execution quality, more stability, and greater long-term control over the trading environment.
During a infrastructure update, a temporary server sync was required for some traders in certain regions. In most cases, the only required fix was reinstalling the MT5 app once so it could properly sync with the correct server environment. We understand this may have been inconvenient.
This acquisition was never about taking a step backwards, it was done to deliver stronger technology, better infrastructure, and a more scalable trading environment moving forward.
Please feel free to contact our support team directly so we can review your specific case and see how we can make up for the inconvenience you experienced.
Kind regards,
FTUK

Approximately $26,500 Payout Disappeared in the TF x FTUK Merger
I am writing this to warn the trading community about the total lack of accountability following FTUK’s acquisition of TradingFunds (TF). I am a funded trader with a pending payout of approximately $26,500, which has now effectively vanished due to "support ping-pong" between the two entities.
The Timeline of the Issue:
1.The Migration: After the merger, my funded account was moved to FTUK. TF support told me to contact FTUK for my payout (approx. $26,500) and then stopped responding to me entirely.
2.Account Status: I eventually gained access to my new FTUK dashboard (Account #333380876). The account showed an accrued profit of approximately $26,500 and the status was "Active." However, there was no payout button available.
3.The "Ghost" Breach: I contacted FTUK support to ask how to withdraw my funds. They said they would process it manually. Two days later, I logged in to find my "Active" account suddenly flagged as "Breached" for no reason—right when I requested my money.
4.Total Disappearance: When I questioned the breach, I was told to contact the Senior Team. Shortly after, my entire dashboard access was revoked. My registered email can no longer log in.
5.The Runaround: After contacting the Senior Team, they told me to go back to TradingFunds—the same company that had already told me they no longer handle these accounts.
It has now been over a week with zero response from the Senior Team. I have tried opening tickets on Discord, but the only reply was "wait for an email." They are not even communicating internally.
It is unacceptable for a firm to hide behind a merger to avoid paying out earned profits. I have preserved all evidence, including screenshots of my account status and the balance prior to this "disappearance." I am still waiting for a senior manager to take responsibility for Account #333380876.

Hello trader,
We’ve looked into this internally and also contacted TradingFunds directly. Based on the information provided, your account had already been breached before the migration, which unfortunately meant FTUK was not able to take it over.
We understand this is frustrating. That said, we’re very proud of how the acquisition has gone overall and the positive feedback we’ve received from traders throughout the transition. For any further questions regarding this specific account, please contact TradingFunds directly.
Kind regards,
FTUK

Title: FTUK closes accounts at 1.77% loss despite a $250 ($4.4%) limit!I strongly warn all traders against FTUK. This company uses deceptive metrics and terminates accounts without them ever hitting the actual loss limits.Proof of their manipulation:The numbers don't add up: My starting balance was $5,636.10. My Daily Loss Limit was set at $250 (which is about 4.4%).Breached at 1.77%: My account was terminated when my loss was only $99.89. That is only 1.77% of my capital! Even if they use a hidden 2% "Account Protector" rule, I was still well below it.Ghost Breaches: They claim I hit a limit on "equity," but their own dashboard only registered $99.89. They close winning accounts (I was up $530+ profit) the moment there is a tiny market fluctuation.False Marketing: They lure you in with promises of a 5% drawdown, but they kill your account before you even reach 1.8% loss.I have full dashboard screenshots proving my loss was only $99.89. They are hunting for any reason to keep your fee and close your account. Avoid this scam at all costs.

My experience with FTUK
My experience with FTUK has been extremely disappointing, primarily due to restrictive trading conditions and how they handle payouts.
The rules in place are overly limiting and do not reflect real market conditions. They significantly reduce a trader’s ability to manage risk, adapt to volatility, and execute strategies effectively. Instead of supporting disciplined trading, these constraints create an environment where consistency becomes unrealistic.
The most concerning part of my experience was the payout process. After generating profits and requesting a $1,400 payout, it was denied. Instead, I was offered a “free retake,” and my scale-up progress was reset. This effectively erased my progress despite the results I had achieved.
From a trader’s perspective, this raises serious concerns. When profits are made under their rules but payouts are denied and progress is reset, it creates a lack of trust in the system.
Overall, the combination of restrictive rules and questionable payout handling makes it very difficult to rely on this platform. I strongly recommend that anyone considering FTUK carefully reviews both the trading conditions and payout policies before committing.

Hello Zakaria,
Thanks for trading with us and for taking the time to share your experience.
Based on your name, we reviewed your account activity and can see that the free account we provided reached its maximum drawdown limit. We also understand the last few trading days have been extremely volatile across multiple markets, which can make risk management a lot more challenging, especially when position sizing is too aggressive.
A small piece of trading advice that may help going forward: in volatile conditions, professional traders often reduce their lot size, allow more room for price movement, and avoid forcing entries during major news or emotional market moves. Sometimes protecting capital is the best trade you can make.
We genuinely appreciate you giving us a chance, and we wish you the best in your trading journey.
Kind regards,
FTUK

Extremely negative experience with FTUK
Extremely negative experience with FTUK.
My account was closed without any clear or justified reason. The only explanation provided was “not meeting risk parameters,” but no one could specify which exact rules were violated. No details, no evidence — just a vague statement.
Customer support initially responds, but once the situation becomes inconvenient, they simply stop replying.
What’s most concerning is the pattern: while you are losing money, everything is fine. But as soon as you start making consistent profits, suddenly there are “checks,” “risk concerns,” and other reasons to shut down your account.
Overall, it creates a strong impression that the company is not interested in profitable traders and uses vague reasoning to avoid paying out.
Do not recommend.
Quote from support's response:
"Additionally, account 333375477 subsequently closed, as it does not align with our current risk parameters.
We’re genuinely sorry to have to close your accounts and appreciate your cooperation throughout the review process. "

Hi Andrey,
We’ve reviewed your case and noticed that your last trading activity dates back to January. This raises an important question, why is this complaint only being raised now, months later?
If you believe there has been a misunderstanding, we invite you to reach out directly with your account details so we can revisit this properly.
Kind regards,
FTUK Team
