Yesterday on US30 their server closed my position when it was in loss way before my stop loss price and when I raised the complaint they promptly looked into it and reimbursed me the amount! This is truly a UK company!! I had same problem few times when I was doing challenge with MFF but they said they can’t do anything about it. FTUK so far in my experience is a good company cuz all my queries were resolved and questions were answered promptly on their live chat. Haven’t completed the challenge yet but one thing that I want to mention is that they give you 2500 balance account and because of such a low balance account and based on the available leverage I can’t open position more than 0.5% unless I choose super wide stop loss which is quite annoying!! Rest all good so far!

Just bought a 90k Instant funding account, Got credentials for 22500 USD as per their conditions, so its good now waiting for their 1st payout on 10% profit, then will see. I would suggest every one to go for this prop firm, while in trading just focus on SL which you have place within 6sec and 2% of SL of the initial balance or you can opt out of NO SL also, then go on your way, this firm is amazing for professional trader

Dear Colleagues, I had an issue with some positions, that were closed by the system automatically before reaching the SL of allowed risk percentage. FTUk invited me then to a video call, Chris Miles from FTUK gave a very informative session and promised me to reimburse the losses from the closures by system error. Also I could learn my learning mistakes and have a better understanding now. Quite happy, that the FTUK team cares about issues of every single trader. I am looking forward to a bright future with my FTUK account. I must confess, that I reacted a bit emotional to my first post, however, FTUK needs also time to analyze everything properly in order to find a solution. Thank you, FTUK support team! Ridvan
