Hello Bilal,
Thank you for your review.
Our rules are very simple, keep your trades open for at least 30 seconds. This rule is clearly documented in our publicly available FAQ and applies equally to every trader on our platform without exception.
In your case 190 trades were closed within 30 seconds.
We responded to every message throughout this process and our decision is based on confirmed objective data. We are sorry you feel this way but we stand fully behind our decision.
Kind regards,
FTUK Risk Team

nothing but a scam
1st they paid me on a small account but as soon as I shifted to a 50k account things like similar trading and all started.
I knew this as I read so many band reviews for this month and I asked on their discord too but I too experienced the same and now I am confident that this is nothing but a fraud

Hello Krushna,
Congratulations on your two approved payouts, totalling $1,086. You earned those payouts, and we were happy to process them.
Unfortunately, your most recent payout request could not be approved because multiple rule violations were identified during our review. We have already sent you a detailed email outlining the findings, including the relevant trade IDs and an explanation of the violations.
We appreciate the time you traded with FTUK and wish you the very best in your future trading.
Kind regards,
FTUK

Trustpilot notified me that they're…
Trustpilot notified me that they're removing my review on FTUK because it still contains potentially defamatory content. The truth is there's nothing defamatory in all I've said about the FTUK. My reviews are meant to save potential victims from any prop firm with fraudulent intent including FTUK. U can't rush to collect my money after I used a particular trading style to pass a challenge but then starting complaining about the same trading style just when I request a payout. That's nothing but FRAUD.
I can see many reviews that they're getting paid. If my reviews help make FTUK to sit up, fine but don't be fooled, they will pay you once just to buy your conscience for the moment. I know how this kind of prop firm operates. It's only a matter of time but don't say I didn't warn you.

Has anyone here successfully continued…
Has anyone here successfully continued trading after receiving their first payout? I’m asking because, in my case, I discovered that the payout amount is treated as a loss against the account’s drawdown limit. This means that withdrawing a 5% profit could leave the account very close to its maximum allowable loss. Moreover, the full 5% was deducted from my account, even though I received only around 0.75% as a concession due to rules related issue.

Hello Jerome,
First of all, congratulations on reaching your first payout! We're genuinely happy to see traders succeed.
We'd also like to mention that Trustpilot isn't the best place to ask questions like this, as it's intended for reviews. If you're looking for feedback or experiences from other FTUK traders, our Discord community is the right place. There you'll find many active traders, some of whom have been trading with FTUK for years and are happy to share their experiences.
Regarding your question: yes, after a payout, the payout amount is deducted from your profits.
If you'd like us to review your account together or explain anything in more detail, feel free to open a ticket or ask in our Discord. We're always happy to help.
Kind regards,
FTUK

> **WARNING: This company is a complete scam! Do not trade with them.**
> I have traded with them three times, and they pulled the exact same trick on me twice.
> During my **first experience**, I made a profit of over $3,000. However, they refused to pay out, claiming that I had violated one of their rules. As a professional trader who has worked with numerous prop firms, I know for a fact that I did not break any rules.
> In my **second attempt**, after going back and forth with them, they provided me with a new account. Shockingly, the exact same issue happened again, and they used the same excuse as the first time to deny my profits.
> By the **third time**, they gave me another account, but I was so fed up with their manipulation that I deliberately blew (lost) the account on purpose just to get away from them.
> Please save your time, money, and nerves. Do NOT deal with this fraudulent company!

Shall update again after the withdrawal
My latest review 6th August 2026
After they offered me Retake, i made 10 days 0.5% and requested for a payout.
Waiting for the Payout.
- No Martingale, No Grid, No Anti Scaling
- Just with one position at a time with same lot size and same SL for all orders.
This was experience on 16th July 2026.
I strictly did not use martingale strategy nor anti-scaling, and also with minimum trade duration. Not reached daily drawdown limit too. Nor did i reach the 2% open trade drawdown.
Let's see, I have requested for a withdrawal. I shall update and give full review after i receive my withdrawal.
I was given 50% of my payout, though I did not break any rule.
Let’s see I’ll be giving a gap after a loss and let’s see if I get my full payout as mentioned.

PREMEDITATED FRAUD: A Masterclass in Deceptive Trade Practices and Breach of Contract.
To the management of FTUK: Let’s dispense with the illusion that you are running a legitimate financial institution. You are operating an undercapitalized B-book bucket shop, and your recent actions toward my account have provided a textbook case study in corporate fraud.
I entered your ecosystem, executed precise risk management, and extracted substantial profits within minutes. At no point did I even come close to the daily drawdown limits. However, the moment my account became a liability to your internal P&L, your operation panicked.
First, you attempted to gatekeep my earned payout using a buried "Profit Consistency" rule—a classic bait-and-switch tactic designed to lock successful traders in a perpetual loop of unnecessary market exposure. When I continued to trade profitably, scaling into a position by executing a second entry 10 seconds later to optimize my average price, you instantly terminated my funded account.
Your justification? A fabricated, retroactive violation for "scaling" or "adding to a position." Let’s be unequivocally clear: penalizing a trader for standard, risk-adjusted scaling is not a legitimate trading rule. It is a desperate escape hatch used by an insolvent firm that cannot afford to pay its winners. You deliberately keep your terms vague so you can weaponize them the moment a trader outmaneuvers your system.
You do not get to arbitrarily rewrite the terms of engagement post-factum just because your rigged system is bleeding money. In the corporate legal world, this is defined as a material breach of contract and deceptive trade practices. I have cataloged every trade ledger, timestamp, and discrepancy in your terms of service.
To the CEO running this facade: Your desperation is showing. A legitimate, well-capitalized firm hedges its successful traders; an insecure, failing operation bans them. Keep the challenge fee. Consider it a charitable donation to a bankrupt business model. I will ensure this documented breach is forwarded to every major trading forum and regulatory watchdog. You didn't just lose a profitable trader today; you publicly exposed your own insolvency.

Hello Efe,
We're a little confused by your review, as we can currently see two active accounts under your name. You're also listed as an active trader on our end.
Because of this, we're wondering if there may be some misunderstanding, or perhaps you're referring to a different prop firm.
Please reach out to our support team, and we'll be happy to investigate this with you. If there's been any mistake or misunderstanding, we'll work with you to clarify it as quickly as possible.
Kind regards,
FTUK
