Stay away from FTUK Prop Firm.
They deactivated my $100,000 challenge account even though I had not violated any of their rules. After contacting their support team, they insisted that the account was still working fine, which was completely untrue.
However, after I informed them that I would share my experience with this prop firm publicly because I have all evidence of dashboard without any rules violation then they suddenly agreed to offer me another new account to cover up their shady and dirty business claiming there was a server upgrade. Why would a company upgrade its server without notifying traders?
My existing active trade is gone. This is not a reasonable and acceptable excuse.
First impressions and how a company handles customers matter greatly in business. Based on my experience, I have lost trust in FTUK and would advise traders to be extremely cautious before doing business with them.
This post is based solely on my personal experience with the company.

Rejecting Payout offering account reset
i am informing about this scam firm that i had an account with them of 2 step 50k Acc no. 333383736
this account was migrated from trading funds and once they breached my account for something called payout locker i fighted my case they accepted their mistake and restored my account i again traded that account and when i requested another 1300$ payout they again said i placed a trade and closed it within 30 seconds that is why they breached my account this in itself is frivolous reason. Breaching someone account because a trade closed within 30 seconds.
more interestingly that trade was not even closed by me their system auto closed that trade because of payout locker i explained to them the situation but they said we have paid you enough we can offer you a new account and would reject your current payout
offer was categorically denied by me because if they are not going to pay this time they will not pay in the future as well.
in short they have paid me for sometime now they are rejecting payouts on frivolous reason.
Do not waste your energy time and money with them.

Scam practises
Stay away from this firm, when you make profit they will tell you that you do martingale even though u never did martingale in the traditional sense. even if your lot size is the same and u lose 10 usd trade one and then u take another trade and end up losing 15 usd , this is concidered martingale for this. Additionally when you withdraw, they dont reset your account balance so you need to buy a new challenge each time per withdrawal. additionally payouts, if they give u takes 1-2 weeks. Scam firm, stay away
Edit: They reached out to me and provided a new account, will update on the new cycle.

My experience with FTUK
My experience with FTUK — please read before buying
Guys, I want to share my personal experience before anyone decides to buy an FTUK account.
In my experience, it is not easy to win with FTUK or, more importantly, to get your payout approved.
I was profitable, managed my trades based on my own market analysis, and maintained what I believed was consistent performance. However, when I requested my payout, FTUK reviewed my trading and said that I had violated their anti-scaling and martingale rules.
What concerns me is that, according to their response, these rules can apply regardless of your overall profitability or your intention behind the trades. They told me that increasing risk after a loss can be considered martingale, and opening another position while an existing position is floating at a loss can be considered anti-scaling.
So even if you are profitable and believe you are managing your risk properly, you can still have your payout rejected if FTUK determines that your trading falls under one of these rules.
My experience has made me feel that passing the account is only one part of the challenge — getting the payout approved can be another challenge altogether.
In my case, they denied my payout but offered me a new account instead. I declined the replacement account because I want a refund.
I am sharing this because I want other traders to be careful. Don’t assume that being profitable and consistent automatically means you will receive your payout. Read every rule carefully and make sure you understand exactly how the company interprets scaling, anti-scaling and martingale before paying for an account.
This is my personal experience with FTUK, and I believe potential customers deserve to hear it before making a decision.

“I’m updating my review to clarify my experience. FTUK refused my payout and offered me a new account, which I declined. I then requested a refund. Following this, I lost access to the FTUK website and was blocked on their social media platforms. At the time of this update, I have received neither the payout nor a refund. This is my personal experience and I’m sharing it so other traders can make an informed decision.”

Hello Sphiwe Ntuli,
Thank you for sharing your experience.
We understand your disappointment. However, we would like to clarify that payout eligibility is not determined by profitability alone. All accounts must remain compliant with the trading rules agreed to.
In this case, the account was reviewed and specific trading activity was identified that breached the applicable rules. The decision was therefore not based on the fact that a payout was requested, but on the trading activity on the account.
We also reviewed the case further and offered a replacement account as a goodwill gesture, despite the violations identified.
We appreciate that you may disagree with the outcome.
We wish you all the best with your trading going forward.

Very disappointing payout experience
I paid approximately £300 for my FTUK account, progressed through the programme, reached the funded stage and generated $1,921.50 in profit. When I requested my payout, FTUK rejected it following a risk review for what they classified as repeated “martingale” behaviour.
What frustrated me most was how this rule was applied. My strategy is based on trend lines, breaks of structure and technical stop-loss levels. I was not deliberately increasing risk after losses to recover previous losses.
FTUK explained during my appeal that their assessment is based on monetary risk rather than simply lot size, and that increases of 1.5x or more following a losing trade can be considered potential martingale behaviour. They said six sequences on my account exceeded this threshold.
I challenged the decision and asked for reconsideration because I believed my varying stop distances were a consequence of the technical setups rather than a loss-recovery strategy. Ultimately, FTUK maintained their decision and refused the $1,921.50 payout.

Hello Adam,
We're sorry to hear that you're disappointed with the outcome.
Your payout request went through our standard risk review, and we also conducted an additional review after receiving your appeal and explanation. Unfortunately, following both reviews, we were unable to approve the payout.
We understand that you disagree with the decision, and we appreciate that you took the time to explain your perspective.
We appreciate the time you've spent trading with FTUK and genuinely wish you all the best with your trading going forward.
Kind regards,
FTUK
