I bought account and hit target for scale up. They scale my account, but refuse payout me lvl1 profit + they change rules on lvl 2 to set from static DD to relative DD + rule where i must do 5% profit to get payout lvl1 and lvl2. They made this changes to many other users too and everyone dont understand why, looks like they change it to everyone who is succesfull. So i made another profit % and after that they disable my account. I asked in discord what happend, got mute for x days. So i asked in live chat website, they will check it, waited x days without answer, then i got answer, my account will be perma disabled + never trade on ftuk because their system saw I used more IPs (from different countries). It was lie, becuase i never go outside my country, never used vpn, vps, i trade from telekom provider cellular and home wifi. I sent them all proofs, images, my map from google where i was, info from telekom they never use foreign IP, but ftuk ignore everything, they simple decide not let me continue. Their support is terrible, yes they answer, but when something agains why my account blocked, i have no payout, ... they simple mute you on discord for x days. I made 5k profit , they changed rules on new lvl without warning, accept it or end, when i accept, they disable trading. And they not full payout me that profit from lvl1 and lvl2, but only 25% what is 1200 eur but not this full, they simple remove another 240 eur as fee or what .... This is simple scam company what change rules on active account when you scale to another lvl, they simple decide to stop you when they want and you cant do nothing, go away from this company.

just wanting to advise traders to be very cautious of this firm. This company is not clear with there terns and conditions, meaning they seem to make up rules as you trade with them. I bought multiple accounts with them with my final purchase i finally passed an eval and recieved and account but long story short, I purchased the no SL add-on but once i passed my eval I was sent an email stating that in order to move forward as a trader with them I would need to agree to a 2%max SL going forward which i was okay with because I know how to trade but the fact that they let me and other purchase the add in only to tell you that due to they way they think you trade you can not use the add on that you purchased. I do not trade with them now as they took away my account due reasons unknown to me and there customer service teams seems to be ran by a bot with only a few things memorized to say as I could never get any of my questions answered. all there responses did not have anything to do with what I was asking and even in the discord channel there is a Admin that tells you to constantly email support but again, you get nowhere with this company. Well I think i have ranted enough but to new traders thinking about joining this firm please be cautious as they dont seem to have the customers best interest at hand.

Hello dear trader Do not trust FTUK because they are unfair. They accused us that we did Arbitrage which we did not, and we don't even know what Arbitrage is! As a result of that they reduce our payout to 25%! and they did not pay us back the fee refund. After many emails discussions, we released that just because we did login to the account from different locations to watch our trader performance, they thought it's an Arbitrage, I asked them to reassess our trading history and see if it arbitrage or not but they did not. Knowing that our trading history was accessed by another prestigious broker and they confirmed in an official email that our trading history is legal and there's nothing wrong in it. FTUK, I'm still giving you another chance to correct the situation. I hope to write another different review.

Stay away. They steal your money by closing your trades with Soft breaches on instant funded accounts. You paid to trade why not just let you trade……. I have multiple account with others. I pass them for other people. And this one is the worst by far. trash!!!!

Adquiri una cuenta instantanea de 90k, he logrado el objetivo de nivel 1 y me han dado la escalada, ademas de esto me pagaron las ganancias del nivel 1 en menos de 24 horas. Actualizando: Luego de estar con la cuenta de 90k durante un mes, le retire 3 veces ganancias y está semana cuando iba a retirar por 4 vez, me deshabilitaron el botón de retiro, escribí a soporte y me dijeron que mi cuenta fue marcado por IP y ubicación comercial en distintos países, lo cual es imposible porque siempre abri mi cuenta solo en mi laptop personal y además siempre con el mismo wifi de mi hogar, me cerraron la cuenta por esa excusa sin sentido, además de esto si me pagaron la ganancia que tenía pero en vez de darme el 80% que me correspondía me dieron el 25%. También es su Discord me bloquearon sin ninguna razón ya que nunca fui grosero ni dije nada malo, solo comenté que estaba pasando por esa situación y en menos de unos 10 segundos me bloquearon. En fin, no les conviene tener traders rentables solo les interesa que pierdas tu cuenta y así ellos ganar dinero de lo que valen las cuentas. También ví que se lo hicieron a otros traders, les bloquearon la cuenta con la misma excusa del IP cuando les iban ganando. Así que no la recomiendo para nada. No compren cuentas con esta empresa.

They didn't give level 2 account to someone who didn't break any rules. they imposed SL on the account of another guy who purchased "No SL " add-on. They kicked me out of their discord server because I talked about their practices. they didn't provide their financial statements to UK authorities in the due date. They changed their address to Dubai with no written company registration number there up to this date.

I SIGNED UP FOR THE 90K INSTANT FUNDED ACCOUNT AND WHEN I WAS GIVEN MY MT5 ACCOUNT INFROMATION I WAS GIVEN AN ACCOUNT WITH A SIZE OF $22,500 AND WAS TOLD THAT I HAVE TO MAKE $2500 TO GET THE 90K ACCOUNT. THE PROCESS IS THE SAME FOR ANY ACCOUNT WITH INSTANT FUNDING, YOU'LL GET AN AMOUNT LESS THAN WHAT YOU PAID FOR. THIS COMPANY IS VERY DECEPTIVE AND SHOULD BE AVOIDED.
