Only you can't because surprise they have made a new rule that now you can only take your money when you've reached 5% of level 2. Then you do that and request the payout and surprise you've now violated their terms. Something that doesn't even make sense and you know you 100% didn't do because it was clearly physically impossible. And now a new twist. You're payout is reduced to 25% instead of the 80% you were promised and you are deactivated. Every honest review I've read more or less go along these lines. You will never get your payout because they were never intending to give it to you in the first place. This is not a prop firm, it is a scam. I promise you. They draw you in with affordability but you will never get your money from them. I am literally struggling to pay rent right now and really needed my payout but it is what it is. Ftuk you only paid me $579.96 when you owed me $1238.71 plus the $216 refund. That is $874.75 you owe me in total. You are making up excuses and new rules not to payout. First when I passed level 1 and you changed the rules and denied my payout. Then after I reached level 2 requirements for a payout per your new rules you lied and said I'm trading from around the world. When in fact I am trading at the same exact location and using the same exact internet I was using to pass level 1. You think offering me 25 percent of what I am owed is going to shut me up because you want to gaslight me into thinking I did something wrong but unfortunately what you're claiming is physically impossible. *Update: I also found that on your website it states that you are located at 3017 Boiling Way NE Atlanta, GA 30305, United States. However, Google maps shows that is the address to an office space rental agency. While your trustpilot (where you direct your potential customers to go to read fake reviews on you), claims you're located at 160 City Road EC1V 2NX London, United Kingdom. Yet, Google maps shows that location as Servisory, which is an employment agency. So you are purposely misleading people into believing that you have an actual physical location when in reality you don't because you are not a legitimate business.

Be very cautious to choose FTUK. To put it short, the promised refund was not given to me. I bought an instant funding account. When I reached the target for my first target, I was told I breached the company's requirement of IP address, which is untrue. I traded in my city without even a short trip to anywhere else! I asked for an explanation, but was told it was final and no explanation was given to me at all. I was paid a bit higher than 3% I remember for my profit. Refund of the account purchase fee was not paid. It was a total disappointment, and a waste of time.

Please do yourself a massive favour and avoid this scam of a company. They will invent rules and create lies just to fail you and will ultimately terminate your account without just cause. I made it to Level 2 with added restrictions imposed and then passed that without breaching any rules. They then accused me of "prohibited trading practices" which was a complete lie and could not provide any proof. They then quoted Rule 12 at me and said I had been using multiple IP Addresses. They then terminated my account and denied my payout. Clearly when a company is doing this they must have cash flow issues and do not want you to succeed. Just avoid them, there are many better and trustworthy prop firms out there.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, I got to level 3 account after level one they said I breached the 2% lot size which was a lie it was a fault with their system which they admitted after level 2 they said I was using different lot sizes which obviously I was your lot size is determined by how big/small your pip stop is so they said they wouldn't payout for atleast 30 days, so after 30 days I then try for payout with my account 11k in profit as I've yet to receive any payouts they rejected my payout and said the account had been logged in from another country! There appears to be a significant misunderstanding, prompting me to clarify the distinctions between a martingale system and the recovery system in my Expert Advisor (EA). Now, the frustrating part – despite following the rules, my account was terminated. The offered refund falls far short of compensating for three months of lost trading due to FTUK's sudden decision. Unfortunately, it seems that after three months, we're at the mercy of FTUK's arbitrary decisions. What's more concerning is FTUK's failure to honor its commitments, combined with allegations of rule-breaking, which is disheartening. To add insult to injury, discovering negative comments from other users on Trust Pilot echoing my concerns is deeply troubling. FTUK's assessments are arbitrary and uncontestable. Passing the challenge does not guarantee funding, as the management team can arbitrarily deny it. The customer service is rude and dimissive. They don't answer your questions. I asked about a lot size rule as they were denying me 1 lot for a 40K account. I am with 4 other forex firms that give way more leverage. They reel you in with an "opportunity" to get an account up to 5.6 million. But offer way less leverage than all competitors and enforce a 2% stop loss rule regardless the size of your trade. Stay Away! Much better firms to work with. They are lying in their answer. They did not help at all and denied my request for a refund when I did not use their service. Then they lied to credit card company and only copy pasted parts of our initial conversation when I asked why the rules were so strange. Will continue further action.
