Absolute scam of a company….you end up making them money in the phase before level 2 and when it’s time to get upgraded to where you can payout…they give stupid reasons as to why you didn’t pass and have to redo it and they are TERRIBLE at customer support. They do not answer emails at all.

The prop firm for failing you and taking your money.I have passed my account but they failed me as my average losing trade was higher than ny winning trades.I have 24 trades and 3 of these were loosers .I have made 2250 dollars in 19 trades with th average of $118 and lost $1300 in three loosing trades with the average of $433.This is they call inconsistency and failed my account.this is stupid to be honest if this their standards and if i knew about this hidden rule than i could execute 10 more trades with $1 loss than i would have 13 loosing trades and the average would be $100 lost per trade and than they would have passed me.Apart from this the tree big looser in my account was not even my fault i three times the platform crashed when i tried to close the trade ,i have contacted then few times but no response .They have asked me to retake the audition but the first trade on the new audition was running and i was not able to close it the platfprm was frozen . i have contacted them to atleast close my trade but till now after 5 hours i have no response from them.This is the worse firm i have traded with so far.NOT RECOMMENDED BY ME

Its the most worst company it still make you work after you complete level they will change the rule on you and make you lose and say to you if you refused the hard conditions (new) we will close your account with a bit from your share or you will continue with our hard conditions and you will lose..

i’ve recently had issues with receiving a payout after inconsistency’s of lot size. in the website it states even when inconsistency occur, you will receive your pay out and be monitored, however i was told i had to make another £700!!!!! before i could get any withdrawal. i’ve also recently just lost an account due to a member of staff saying that trades open in minus do not count towards your drawdown or equity, however another stating on another live chat, this is incorrect. so i have had several accounts lost due to this information. after many emails sent and live talks, i’ve gotten no further and also no explaining as to why, just a comment to say ‘why are you only complaining now after reading your email’. i’ve tried to reach out to a manager however have been refused access and continuously ignored on that behalf.

This prop firm is a scam - do not give them your money. They just stole 9k+ from me and lied saying I broke their Terms and Conditions. I live in and trade from Utah and travelled to Dallas, TX for one week for work and they used this a pretext for saying I engaged in prohibited trading practices and then reduced my payout to 25% of the 12k I made. They took 2 weeks to respond after I passed the account challenge just to tell me this. Disgusting behavior.

Didn't pay out. Dont be surprised when this prop firm is shut down by the SEC. Its just a matter of time. They refused to pay me 800 dollars I earned on level 1. This is a fact. Seriously shady stuff going on at FTUK. I had a 1 to 1 with FTUK yesterday and they refuse to pay out the 800 dollars. They decided to make me wait until I hit 50 % on level 2. This is a common strategy employed by ftuk to avoid paying out. The email I received was a generic email But no actual reason was given as to Why they would not payout. It is also worth noting that last year they only gave me a 50 per cent payout on level 1. No reason given. These people are thieves and will go out of business. Ftuk also refuse to acknowledge there is an issue with the stop loss. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. This puts traders accounts at risk. Its like trying to drive a car without breaks. It ends in disaster. This is a disgrace. A classic sign of fake prop firms is that they stop paying. They offer no evidence that the funding is real. I intend to sue Ftuk for misrepresentation

Scammmmmmmm....please don't west your money on this platform I have purchased 3.5k instant funded account and made 10% profit,but they refused to pay me my profit share instead they asked me to make additional 6% profit on the 14k new account its very sad and they excuse that I did not use stop lose,which is not there on the rule,that one is hidden.so even though I reached the profit target they added my profit to the new account and they kill my emotions not to believe them us they are not paying me I have all the evidence and finally they closed my account saying breached.

From happily trading with this company since November 2022 I've been using MT4 (recently had to move to MT5 because they changed broker with no warning) they've now (since Friday at 1pm GMT) removed any functionality of using MT4 or MT5 and are giving zero help to traders. I'm in the process of a formal complaint and asking for my initial account fee refunded. You can't change the entire trading system offered with no warning or help. Abysmal customer service.
