We can only reply to you based on any issues you’ve had with FTUK and can’t comment on other companies. It’s highly unlikely that the support team would not have communicated with you regarding your account and our client support services are considered some of the best in the industry. Therefore, I can assure you we take your issue seriously and will be investigating this matter further. We’ve been unable to identify your account from the name on the review so have contacted you directly through the Trustpilot platform. If you can reply to the message and supply your contact information we will do everything we can to fix any issues or misunderstandings around your account. UPDATE 15/02/2025: We've attempted to contact Ayodele through Trustpilot and they haven't responded. As mentioned in our original reply we have no record of a client named Ayodele Posh so have been unable to identity the original source of this review. We can make assurances that FTUK takes any complaints seriously and we will always do everything we can to resolve any misunderstanding or issues.

Dear Israel, Thank you for sharing your feedback. Our risk team carefully evaluates each trader’s account to ensure adherence to responsible trading practices. Upon review, we can confirm that you successfully scaled to a funded Level 1 account on October 17th and initially traded in compliance with our rules at the entry level. However, at this funded stage, significant concerns arose regarding your trading performance, as there were clear repeated violations of our trading rules. Due to the elevated risk profile we made the decision to close the account. It’s important to emphasize that FTUK is not obligated to pay traders who excessively breach the trading rules and terms they agreed to. Nonetheless, in the interest of fairness, we provided you with compensation of $1,008, which was processed via our RiseWorks payment platform on December 30th, 2024. We remain committed to resolving issues and supporting our traders. However, we expect all funded traders to adhere to the agreed-upon risk management and trading conditions. However, once you contacted our support team, we promptly reviewed your document manually and verified your account to ensure you could proceed without further issues. Our investigation found that you had violated our Terms of Service by using a prohibited trading bot across your evaluation process. This type of automated trading is explicitly against the rules and not one that we can scale to trade more capital.
