The dealer over greased the wheel bearings and one of the hubs came off.

The roof leaks on my brand new 20' enclosed car hauler, otherwise it is a great trailer. I have climbed up and caulked where I think it is leaking. I bought this trailer from a dealer in Missouri and had it delivered to my home in Minnesota. Minnesota dealers prices are above most other regions, this seems to be consistent with almost all major purchases. I saved $1150 including delivery and it was a smooth transaction.

Love the trailer but needs more tie downs. I installed more myself.

The only thing I don't like about the trailer is that even with the sharp nubs on the floor, it can still be slick and cause cattle to lose their footing. I will now probably have to put in mats or something to improve footing.

I got a custom built featherlite trailer in June of this year. I love it, except a few things. The shinny front of the trailer has melted two tarps, and burnt threw an expensive canopy top and burned a black line down the seat on my new $4000.00 handicap scooter. I have talked to brad at Featherlite about this, three times so far and they say he will talk to his engineers. My lawyer is checking into this because there are other people this has happened to. Other then that the trailer is the best trailer I have ever had. Brad it's the nicest guy to deal with. And lazydays in Seffner Florida where I ordered it, well Glenn, the manager there it's a super nice guy. Feather lite customer support has been great on all other issues. I will buy another one, no matter what happens about my shinny front of my trailer

I purchased a three horse Featherlite 9409 in June 2016 from Double J Trailer Sales in Woodland, WA. The trailer itself is gorgeous, I get compliments on it every where I go. There are a couple misc. things I would prefer be different such as a way to lock the dividers back and additional tie rings on the trailer but those are personal preferences. The trailer is well built and hauls nicely. I have had two issues with the trailer since purchasing it - one is the weather stripping on the bottom side of the tack room door has come off. This is after very minimal use and I don't drag things in and out that would compromise this. The other issue, is two of the drop down windows have water inside them. We inspected them very closely have no idea how it could have gotten in other than during the manufacturing process. I contacted the dealership to discuss this and did not recieve a return call. The dealership however leaves a lot to be desired. To the point that I contacted every Featherlite dealer in WA, OR, ID and northern CA to try and buy from somewhere that provided decent customer service. Unfortunately there is a limited number of dealers and none of them could match the price for the trailer. Featherlite was offering a couple of rebates / VISA card promotions at the time, none of which this particular dealership was actually participating in. Over the phone the employees were short and will make you question if they do in fact want to sell any trailers. When calling them to inquire about the trailer it seemed to be an inconvenience that they had to answer any questions. When we went down to actually purchase the trailer the employees were friendlier however the owner was present in an office across the hall and was rude to employees which gave some insight into the overall environment there.
