I had a 13 year old Featherlight stock trailer, it served me well for a multitude of tasks!! I re-couped all but $1,300 of purchase price...AMAZING!! I only looked at Featherlights for my 2nd horse trailer, I was that happy... Keep up the good work and send me a T-shirt : ) Happy in Florida

Excellent trailer

We have been buying/using these trailers for several years now, both professionally and personally. In regard to the 2017 that we just took delivery on, we wish that a tongue lock would be developed and supplied with the trailer that we could re-key to our company locks or that we could use our company "keyed-alike" padlocks on. We assume that because of the price of all aluminum vs. steel frame trailers, more companies buy them than individuals do. We think you should strongly consider that. Also, we have never understood why there is not a lightweight "traction" medium of some kind applied on the ramp to avoid spinning in wet/cold/slick conditions. Other than those, it's the berries!! Although not an initial cheap investment, featherlite aluminum trailers will outlive their steel counterparts by a long shot making them a worthwhile investment. The 20-ft gooseneck trailer I purchased was well built, the welds uniform and strong (as opposed to many I have seen on other trailers) and handles well. So far it has withstood the bounding that Bison can deliver.

Our bumper pull trailer is very lightweight and goes very smoothly down the road. The walk through design we selected is like no other I have seen and works well for us. We purchased through Kingdom Trailers in Lyndonville, VT (about 3 hours away) and service was excellent and worth the journey.
