Avoid this company!! Absolute joke of a company, especially the long lane store Lauren in particular, so lovely when trying to get your custom, once money has been handed over you cannot get hold of them at all, staff are so rude when asking simple questions, delivery time is given an not kept to, spent multiple days at home waiting for deliveries that were promised and never came, every time delivery was re booked it was always by a different member of staff or from a completely different store as they can’t keep up with the lies they tell. The “office” staff are also passive aggressive and rude when trying to get simple updates about an order, no communication whatsoever leads to you having to chase them up all the time, have had to visit the store multiple times as they never answer the phone and always say it’s broken waiting on a new one, they’ve had 3 brand new phones in the last 2 months as apparently they just stop working. Company will give you a date for delivery and happily leave you without furniture, absolute rats. Not worth the stress honestly.

Wish I'd seen these reviews before buying off then Firstly I had bought a 3-2 seater settees from them, they delivered the wrong one, so we were without something to sit on, for three days, being both pensioners it's not laughing matter. That's not the end of it, we also purchased a ottoman bed single, when this was delivered, to my daughter who is on her own, it was not taken upstairs and set up but left in the hall way, so she had to wait for her sons to come home and take it upstairs, on taking the packing off the base, there are two holes in it. I sent pictures to the company, and they said they would repair it, today, but a bloke turned up this morning and took pictures also why? I don't understand. Wait and see if this is sorted. If you have any sense go somewhere else, wish I had Update on our single bed. Still not delivered 😭. Asked for delivery after 3 o'clock due to work commitments, at first this was agreed but never happened, tried to make arrangements to be at home for delivery, but due to unforseen surcumstances could not make it, so sent a text to the assistant who works at the shop to say why and could it be delivered at 3pm, they tried to contact me by phone but I couldn't take the calls, so they tried to deliver, but no one was home. They have now said it's in the hands of management??? But no explanation for what is to happen next. I have sent a formal letter via email to the company and a copy to the assistant hopefully she will send it on, as she could not give me management contact information. All's I want now is a refund and for them to collect their broken item

Awful company. We ordered a garden furniture set on a Saturday (from the town store) which we was told would be delivered on Tuesday we waited in all day and it never got delivered. My boyfriend then rang countless times on Wednesday to which someone finally answered him and told him there was no proof of purchase to which he told them that the £1000 had been taken out of his account, the member of staff then began blaming someone called ‘Patsy’ saying she didn’t put the order through and just took the money to which the woman then told us it would be delivered on Friday and it still has not came. This company is an absolute JOKE

I would actually rate this zero if it were available.Bought a 2&3 seater couch from this company.When it arrived week later than should have it was two 3 seaters, one of which should have gone straight to the tip. It was reported on arrival, and we were promised a replacement. After numerous phone calls,emails and actually going back to the place,3 months later we are still waiting. The excuses head office made were at times hilarious.Anyway this is just a heads up , avoid at all costs .

Avoid avoid avoid worst company to order from waited ages for a bed and mirror and when it finally came it wasn't the right bed and no mirror so rang back and came up with an excuse and then delivered a mirror in a delta taxi and the mirror is all full off mold and damp never go here stay away

Total rip off time,energy and money I visited the store in july,ordered two sofas from my new home on 4th aug Store contact email and the sale lady have been giving false promises regarding the delivery and i waited till october for the sofa which was not delivered I wish i would have believed the reviews but went to buy due to my previous good experience with wfs Please dont even visit the store as they are waste of energy and source of stress

Waiting for a refund for garden furniture that wasn't delivered after Waiting in for 2 days. Nobody called me or called me back after I complained. All of my emails are being ignored. I'm appalled. The lady in the shop told me the owners are on holiday and the delivery people were just not bothered about delivery. I am now asking my bank to do a charge back and officially complaining about them. Do not shop here.

Please do not use this company they have around 3/4 stores around Liverpool. They will rip you off take your money but don't deliver the good but the worst is the customer service is appalling they tell you lies and keep stinging along for months knowing the position they have put you in. After 4-5 months of lying were the 3 piece suite was they give you delivery dates but don't turn up. If you have a date your new sofa is being delivered Naturally you get rid of your old one. They left my 91 Year old nan sitting on a garden chair. Then weeks late brought a crap small loaner sofa which they are saying they cant give a refund until they collect this thing but are refusing to come and collect so its stuck in the dining room and we can not get to the dining table so family Christmas dinner ? honestly what I have wrote is nothing to what has happened. This whole issue has been going on since May 23
