I ordered a mattress and paid for it, but it has never been delivered. I’ve tried contacting customer service several times, and they don’t answer my calls, emails, or messages. At this point, I have no update on my order and I’m worried I’ve lost my money. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I would not recommend buying from this company based on how my order has been handled. If anyone else has had the same experience, I’d like to hear how you resolved it.

Although the owner on the comment below says this isn’t Liverpool it’s America, the reviews are still from their Liverpool stores as it’s those stores mentioned by road. My issue is Long Lane. A week late contacting me for delivery on my new sofa, then did not turn up on the delivery day even though I double checked with them. It’s impossible to get an answer on the phone as they simply do not answer.no reply to my email either which means I have to travel to the store again to insist on my refund as I am totally let down and had enough. I will be going through my bank for a refund if they refuse as I have enough evidence. There are also reviews on other sites like google and Echo which are definitely this company. Avoid Avoid Avoid. They are proven scammers and will keep your money as long as they can.

Always had good customer service at Breck Road store for many years from from the staff especially Tommy who has always been helpful and accomadating over delivery times as I work full time.i had one issue in all them years shopping there and that was quickly rectified the next day with workman attending to fix the niggle. We have even used the shop for residents I support in my work and never had issues delivered and set items up

Do not purchase from this scam of a company! I ordered the start of January for wardrobes and asked for local delivery. Have had rude messages from the staffs instagram.. rude emails stating that they don’t deal with online orders and I will need to wait to be contacted. This was 6 weeks ago… still nothing I’ve had to dispute it with my bank and they have also disputed it and refused for a refund! Absolutely disgusting and shocking company need to work on customer experience and people skills. Now in dispute with my bank and themselves STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

We placed our order in mid‑October with the promise that it would arrive in time for Christmas. Instead, the couch finally turned up in mid‑February - four months after ordering and long after the date we were repeatedly assured of. Even then, the couch we received still isn’t exactly what we ordered. The quality of the materials seems decent, but the finishing touches are poor. Where the two sections join, they don’t line up properly: one piece sits noticeably further forward than the other, leaving a sizeable gap. After such a long wait, it’s frustrating to end up with something that looks unfinished. Throughout the process we were told again and again that the delays were due to “manufacturing issues,” but we have proof that this wasn’t true. Communication was consistently poor, and most of the staff we dealt with were unhelpful to the point of being useless. The only person who made any real effort was the owner. To make matters worse, the delivery arrived missing cushions and missing the pouffe we paid for. I would recommend this store only if you’re buying something directly from the showroom and taking it home the same day. But for a custom build? Absolutely not. The experience has been nothing but stress, delays, and disappointment. Hats off to Tommy in Breck Road for sorting it all out in 1 week vs what Lauren in Long Lane couldn't do in four months.

WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. We bought a so-called modern bed with lights and accessories, and it was INFESTED WITH BEDBUGS. This is absolutely unacceptable and dangerous. We had no choice but to throw the bed away immediately to protect our home. We lost our money completely. This business is a scam and shows total disregard for customers’ health and safety. This furniture store should be shut down. Thankfully, we discovered the problem in time before the infestation spread into our house.
