I had ordered a number of items from FS back in July, but one item showed out of stock after the order was placed and paid for. This was a bit strange as it didn't show out of stock at the time of placing to the basket and paying for it. I did query this with FS and was advised that there would be a delay until stock was replenished. They did offer to ship my item separately but I decided to wait and receive everything in one delivery. Although it did take a few weeks of waiting, FS contacted me to advise that everything was on the way and in no time at all the package arrived. I found my service agent, Kaitlyn Yang, to be very proficient and helpful. Overall, a great company to deal with
