We use FS.com for Optics and SFP+ Modules, They have been a fantastic experience through and through, Every SFP+ Module has been flawless and done exactly what we needed. The FSBox is an incredible product and allows us the change the coding on SFP+ module, For our site engineers this is incredible and saves so much time. Excellent products and excellent company, Cannot recommend them enough!

I ordered a few network patch cables. Only part of the item was delivered. There is no information about the rest of the items. When will it be delivered?

Great addition to our IT toolbox. A very convenient piece of equipment that allowed us to reprogram cables to get full speed compatibility with existing legacy hardware. FS Box is easy to use via the intuitive app. Helpful in a multivendor environment. Works perfectly.

Extremely helpful customer service representative, who answered all my questions thoroughly. Also willingness to split order delivery such that that which could be shipped sooner was. Quick delivery for those items that were in stock - and good communication about those which weren't. However, for my project, I needed all items - so FS could have saved money on shipping by waiting for all items to come into stock

FS were very prompt in helping diagnose an SFP incompatibility with an older model Juniper and then swiftly organised an RMA to swap the SFP for a replacement compatible model.

My contact at FS was extremely helpful and made sure that the cables I required were suitable for my requirements. They also followed up with notifications on delivery times, which was great.
