FS.COMReviews of fs.com

We have had a very good experience of dealing with FS. We have ordered networking components and they are delivered on-time, duly secured and well-protected. We have seen so many cable and connector failures/problems with other vendors but with FS, we experienced none. Build quality is excellent that gives you confidence that your systems will work as designed. Yogi, has been very proactive and keeps us informed about dispatches and returns. Highly recommended.

The best Customer support I have ever encountered.

Easy ordering, prompt delivery everything worked as expected. They even followed up to make sure that what I was ordering was appropriate for my needs. Only minor downside is that my Netgear switches dont reliably report the diagnostic data from the BiDi Gbit SFPs I ordered as Netgear compatible - I don't know whether that is an issue with the SFP config or the switches.

received, UAT the adapter and successfully deployed for home use and it works perfectly straight away. Thanks.

Excellent ordering process. Very easy and components were delivered within the windows quoted.

I ordered close to £100 of equipment. Paid extra for next day delivery. Next day came, nothing. It said it would arrive by next day when ordering. Now not responding to emails. Raising a charge back with my bank

Excellent communication throughout. Prompt delivery. Well packaged.

FS.com support is great, they are very fast and helpful.
