I just emailed them after my first order to cancel my subscription bc I thought it was coming too soon before I would have run out. I forgot how long I chose for delivery. I asked where to find my subscription bc I couldn’t find it after logging into my account, Froya sent a link right over for me to click and I was able to easily link to my subscription to make changes, though I didn’t need to make any bc it wasn’t set to ship until 10 weeks out so that’s plenty of time. Fantastic customer service!!!!

I'm giving 5 stars already because I hit this lady with a barrage of emails the same day I bought the product. She answered EVERY SINGLE EMAIL with patience and grace.
