Froya Organics is the kind of company I love. They are scrupulously honest about their products. They give lots of real information. They offer something that is unique among skin care lines. And they respond to emails promptly with humor and empathy. Their mature skin care products let me be me on a lovely healthy minimalist level that I've never experienced before.

The staff are terrific- responded SO very quickly to my questions. I have used every skin care regime known to man- not kidding.( I could list every expensive product you can imagine) My skin has always been a very difficult problem for me and I have used everything from RetinA when it was invented back almost 60 years ago ( I am 70- but still have issues with breakouts and scarring)! I have only been using these products for a little more than a week and already the redness is subsiding...and I am looking forward to even better clearer skin!

Immediate response and helpful - normally i have to send all kinds of screens shots and info that take time, but it wasn’t possible and the representative just took care of it for me. Easy and i will definitely be back!

When the Froya product did not work out for me - my skin reacted with an allergy - they responded to my refund request promptly and with compassion.

I have sensitive oily acne prone skin that I can't really wear makeup without causing it to get worse. I was iffy due to the products being a balm than a light lotion. So far my experience has been great. I like how my skin doesn't or hasn't gotten oily but I think it actually calmed the oils which was shocking due to being a balm and i tend to stay away from balms, creams etc. I have to use light gel or mineral lotion types of products.

The customer service was to notch. They took care of canceling my order after I realized I could not use the product. The person who took care of me was on top of everything as soon as I emailed them.

The products work! It’s not a miracle or anything like that, but it it works like it states. I was dubious about only using water to wash my face daily, but no breakouts after 3-1/2 weeks. Fines lines reduced and skin softer! Very happy!
