Quick and thorough customer service! Very pleased

The products are great, everything smells really nice, feels really nice too and is treating my skin well. One of the jars was broken in transportation. It took a little time, but I just received my replacement! Thanx Froya! I especially love the wording they use in the emails. Talking of ancient wisdom witches and goddesses. Lovely products and lovely company.

I use the anti age& insane glow day balm in the morning, I don't put on any face makeup on top of it, except a little blush and let the balm keep my face glowing all day. I use the incredible Magic wrinkle Eraser night balm and in the morning my skin is still very soft, these balms have improved my neck wrinkles substantially!!

Froya organics team were incredibly prompt and helpful with regard to a subscription that was in place and my inquiry on how to go about pausing it. Their response was a quick turnaround, I did not need to wait more than a day and the request was immediately tended to. So grateful and I recommend this product highly.

Awesome customer service, every time!

I haven’t had the product for long but I dropped it and broke it within a couple days of receiving it. I sent them an email asking if there’s anything they can do. They responded very quickly with a notification that a new container of product was on its way. AMAZING. It was a huge relief and a testament to how the company operates.

The customer service is amazing. I reached out about needing to cancel my subscription due to losing my job, and they cancelled my subscription. I cannot say enough good things about my experience.
