Part of my order was on back order, but the customer care team was super helpful and willing to break up my order into two parts so that I can get part of it sooner. I love their products!

S. Rowe, so glad we could split the order so you didn't have to wait on the back-ordered stuff. Thanks for being flexible with us! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I first ordered the anti-aging system and completely love the balms. I use them on my face and neck and it definately has improved my fine lines (I am 52 years old). The scrub was a little too harsh for me however , so I reached out to a really nice agent at froya and she allowed me to cancel my subscription so I can order the products that I love from the kit. I have now placed an order for the pharmacy kit and i am looking forward to trying those products out. Excellent company to work with and high quality products!

Julia, so glad the anti-aging balms are working on the fine lines!! Sorry the scrub was too harsh, that one is definitely on the more intense side. Excited for you to try the pharmacy kit next ✨ All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

had an issue with usps and froya assisted and rectified the problem in a timely manner, which was no fault of theirs or mine. products smell amazing. cute packaging. products are in glass jars - a huge plus. balms absorb well into skin, not greasy. well protected during shipment. thank you again froya!
Response from Froya OrganicsMay 15, 2026
Hey Michelle, USPS hiccups happen and we always want to step in even when it's not our fault, so glad we could rectify that fast. And thank you for noticing the glass jars, cute packaging, smell, and how the balms absorb without being greasy. That's like the perfect review checklist 🔥 All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
