After placing an order, I realized there was a mistake on my part. I reached out to them, using the email address, wanting to cancel part of my order. They were quick to respond and corrected my error in a timely manner, canceling the part of the order that did not wish to receive, replying with "At your service 🙂". Very friendly and helpful, and I do not go without the rosacea/acne/redness stopper balm.

First of all the products are remarkable! I’m 73 years old and enjoy swimming and being outdoors, which is difficult to maintain good moisture with your skin. Very helpful and efficient support for customer queries. Firstly I was surprised that there was no automated reply to my first query. Secondly, the reply was pertinent and kindly expressed. Thirdly, everything they said turned out to be true, so someone did check and did get back to me. That sort of personal service is so rare these days. A big thank you! And then the products duly arrived in a minimum of paper and cardboard packaging, no plastic. The product containers are just the right size, no extraneous material. The instructions are clear. Simple and efficient.
