I rarely leave a review but I can highly recommend this company and the products. Prompt shipping (to Hawaii!) and great products. I am very pleased with this purchase and look forward to continued positive results!

Hey Lyn! Shipping to Hawaii promptly is something we work hard on. So glad you took the time to leave a review when you rarely do, means a lot 🌺 Excited for your continued results! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Great service!
I had to return a set because I already had enough. The customer service was great and they sent me a refund quickly. The products are great, too!

Exemplary customer service!
I was well outside their time period for asking for a refund, but they listened and granted me one anyway. How refreshing to deal with an above-board company, as I have had terrible interactions this past week with a couple of very unscrupulous companies, large and small.
Response from Froya OrganicsMay 13, 2026
Hey! Even outside our refund window, we always try to do what's right. Sorry to hear you've had bad experiences elsewhere recently. Above-board is exactly what we're trying to be 🙌 All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Superb customer service
I had received a jar, that during its filling, was only filled 1/2 way. I contacted customer support and within 24 hours, they replied that a new jar was on the way. The shipping notification followed within minutes. I appreciate the fast response and rectification.
Response from Froya OrganicsMay 13, 2026
Hey Marni! Half-filled jar is definitely a quality control miss on our end, sorry about that. Glad we got a new one shipped quickly. Thanks for being so patient! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
