I received the anti-aging system, however two of the products I had an allergic reaction. I was able to get a refund on the product that didn't work for me and change my subscription to just the magic day balm. Which is amazing and works sooooo good!!! I'd been seeing the ads for a while, not quite believing some of the before and after pictures or the reviews, but goodness me - I finally ordered and was excited to get my package (I ordered the complete system for mature womens skin and the ultimate hair health system). When my package arrived I found the rosemary water of the hair package had leaked, and while the box smelled gorgeous that bottle was empty. I would highly recommend these products to everyone. I have not used a product that is immediately effective and continues to work after the honeymoon. This is great stuff! I went to Colorado, where it is a dryer climate. My face stayed hydrated and I could still apply my makeup. It is still a bit new, but I will leave another review after using product longer. So far, it is wonderful!

Great customer service. I was traveling and was notified that my package didn't deliver because I had failed to change the address. I was contacted personally, and given the option to give them a new address, or to receive a refund. I responded, and the action I wanted happened immediately. I really like the products thus far. I have not been using them long, but already feel like I am doing great things for my skin. The line between my eyes seems to be softening which is great. I'll leave another review as more time passes.
