I made a mistake when checking out, ordering something I didn’t mean to order. I immediately emailed customer service and customer service updated my order and refunded my (extra) money within 30 minutes. Excellent!

the Customer Service hand down. I ordered the hair care system along with the skin care, the order needed to be completed and shipped together. they were upfront, professional, courteous and sympathetic about the very long wait - under the circumstances, having to wait for something so seemingly special, is only an inconvenience if you're anxious to get your face back! lol. I had 2 address changes, which they were able to accommodate. I'm truly looking forward to receiving my care products, feeling and seeing the difference, and hopefully receive on a regular basis from here on. Either way, I know my questions and follow-ups will be handled with consideration. While dated for today, this has been an ongoing exchange, all of which were positive.

Carmita, what a thoughtful review!! Really sorry the wait on the combined hair and skin order has been a long one. So glad our team was upfront and able to handle the address changes too. Excited for you to finally get everything in your hands and start the journey ✨ All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I tried Froya skin care because of their organic ingredients. It felt great to think I wasn’t putting chemicals on my face. Unfortunately, there was no appreciable change in my skin texture. I contacted the company and worked with their customer care department to find a resolution that was acceptable to both of us. Thank you, Froya organics for the exceptional customer service!
