The product is fantastic and the customer service is immediately responsive. I'm very happy I found this skincare line. It is not as expensive as it seems... each order last for several months. I am paying less than I was paying for the department store brand and my skin looks and feels healthier and younger

Unfortunately, the 4 step aging set didn’t work at all for me so the 5 stars is for the excellent customer service rep, not the products themselves. The rep responded to my email request in a very timely manner and resolved my issue to my satisfaction. Thank you!

I've spent many years trying out different products to see if all of my skin ailments (which are minor, but annoying nonetheless) can be treated in the most productive way possible. I'm so happy I tried Froya! After seeing your ads for a while, I finally looked into it and took the chance. I have sensitive skin that's prone to redness, itching, dryness, etc. Since moving to the Arizona desert, I've been searching for a product that can help soothe my skin without clogging my pores. I got the Anti-redness balm & the full anti-aging system, and I'm so impressed. My skin has felt amazing, hydrated without being sticky, and any itchiness has been soothed. I'm approaching 40 & I have definitely seen improvement in my skin's texture in the week and a half I've had the products. Very much worth it!

I really wanted to love Froya face system but my skin reacted to the products and was very itchy. I do have sensitive skin. They are very responsive and understanding and did issue a full refund, so they do stand by their products. I think it is a great product, but there was just something in it that I specifically reacted to. But customer service very professional.
